The crowd of people form within the streets - people abandoning their positions within the markets, buying and selling cease as the stock market would close on weekends. Luciano walks up to a small podium, as it comes to Luciano's chest- seeing his three-piece suit, he takes off his hat and passes it to NickytheNickname, as he starts to speak in a solem voice:

"Through the violence, comes more chances to strive for the future, and with the passing of Scratchy, Pasadena has become a quieter and the flames from his HQ can be smelt in all of LA," Luciano pauses, as he takes a sip of water, before continuing, "Though if he chose to sleep in those headquarters when shots were fired, maybe he'd still be here today - but i wont get into semantics," Luciano turns his attention to NickytheNickname and gives a slight grin, 

"Yet as life of the crime would dictate, we must carry on - and with that i have some news for the people of Los Angeles, and friends of ours as Nicky, my now former right hand, has received my blessing to be in control of Hollywood," Luciano takes his left hand as raises it, pointing towards Nicky, "Being a formidable Right hand to my crew and showing endurance with loyalty - he is truly a force I want intwined within our thing of ours," Luciano stops talking as he begins to clap for Nicky, as some people from the crowd begin to clap with him.

"@Craven, my dear friend will be moving to Las Vegas, his tenacity and vision for the future will shape the city into the right direction," Luciano says after coming back to the podium, taking another swig of some water, "His loyalty knows no bounds and for me to chose anyone else would be a mistake in its own right," Luciano than moves his hand - swaying behind him as he points towards TheJeweler; 

"-With Thejewler, one of my trusted associates, he may be a bit trigger happy on the boys in blue - but has that ever been a bad thing?" Luciano gives a wink to TheJeweler, motioning himself back to the crowd, "In all seriousness - his passion and longevity within our world has no bounds, and I trust only the best will comes out of this new venture within Paradise of Las Vegas." 

With one final motion - he sways his hand towards the back again, his arm raised towards Danny_Greene, "And in Summerlin Las Vegas - the man of the streets and a dear friend of Los Angeles, Danny Greene," Luciano turns back to the crowd, as he takes a sip of water before continuing, "His acts through his campaign within Los Angeles have let people from miles around profit and prosper - running down crew's into the dirt and absorbing their territory with a nice cut for Craven himself, a formidable Right hand and ruthless tactics in the field war has given me great hope for the future of Las Vegas as a whole," He pauses as he begins his final words;

"Thank you all for coming today, with some advice from my dear friends we have decided how it'll play out, thank you."

It had only felt like minutes since Craven had been in the bosses office, where he had been told the plans for Las Vegas. Still not entirely sure how to process the huge news he had been given that day he found himself in front of the boss again, at the front of the crowd staring right at the podium.

Listening to the announcements, he found himself still feeling the huge lose of Scratchy that had fallen during the recent bloodshed, but found the comment of sleeping in his own HQ highly amusing. A good friend for a long time and sadly no longer with us to see the growth of the family he had worked so hard for. Hearing the news of Nicky being given authorization to lead the streets of Hollywood filled him with great pride as he had grown to love these streets in the short time he himself, had lead them. 

Once the announcements were over, Craven headed straight over to the boss, to again thank him for the opportunity he had given him.

"I promise again, to not let you down. Although the great city of Las Vegas had recently seen bloodshed and destruction, I will give my life to ensure the city is returned to it's greatness." A slight pause to ensure he did not show the emotion that he was currently feeling, "And thank you so much for sending TheJeweler and Danny_Greene to help me with this huge task that lies ahead. I could have asked for no better to travel with me on this journey."

Craven shook the bosses hand and moved himself out of the way to allow fellow members of the life to speak to him.

John smokes a small cigar as he listens intently to Mr Luciano's speech from the back of the crowd, nodding in agreement with the decisions the leader of Los Angeles has come to announce. Once the speech is over, he takes one last drag then throws the butt of his cigar in the dirt and stomps it out, before wandering over to where he hitched his horse.

Before reaching his horse he sees the godfather and his entourage of bodyguards and advisors are about to pass him, so he tips his hat in respect, and catches his attention.

"Sorry to hear of the loss of Don Scratchy, he seemed like a good man whose chance at leadership was definitely cut too short. Also, thank you for your swift action to restore business and prosperity to Las Vegas, I wish Craven, Mr. Green and The Jeweler the best of luck in this endeavour and look forward to visiting Las Vegas again"

The two men shake hands and John departs.
