Today is a day I've been waiting for for a very long time. Today is the day that one of my closest friends takes the mantle of Godfather in this fine city. Like every city we have gone through our ups and downs, our friends and enemies, the good times and the bad. Through it all we have had one constant. One man who has been there to lead us at every turn.

I am proud to announce that my friend and leader Chade has finally achieved the esteemed rank of Godfather. There are very few men who my bloodline has worked with that deserved this as much as Chade. I've been here for the whole ride and I have to say that I have enjoyed every minute of it. You have surrounded yourself with some great people and truly made this city a joy to be a part of.

The best part of it all, is that I know you're just getting started. Achieving the rank of Godfather isn't the end. In fact it's just the beginning of a whole new chapter in your story. I cannot wait to see and be a part of what you do with this city. It has been an amazing ride so far and I know it will continue as long as we've got you at the helm.

So here is to you Chade

Congrats my friend, you've truly earned this day.

Standing up Jimmy extended his hand towards Godfather Chade.. smiling as the two of them shook hands and started to walk out of the building... as they got outside the sun was setting in Las Vegas, you could see the lights of the casinos starting to get brighter and the crowds were beginning to come out of the rooms for a night of gambling. The limo was not a very far walk as the group of them walked over towards the waiting cars, talking quietly to each other as they all knew it was going to be a hell of a party tonight

As the men entered the limo, Jimmy grabbed Chade by the arm and stopped him from getting in.. watching everyone else get in until both men were alone outside of the limo Jimmy smiled

Chade my friend and now Godfather.. it has not been an easy road for any of us, and the future will most likely get even rougher as that is how our business works.. but one thing I know is that you build loyalties based on how you treat people, your business ethics and the decisions you make on a daily basis while dealing with the pressures from every angle but you have done it great so far and although we all still have a long ways to go and a lot to learn.. business is booming and I am proud to work under you in Las Vegas... keep up the good work and I will keep doing my best to ensure business runs smoothly and we do our best to make the west coast the place to be.


Jimmy nodded quickly and stepped into the limo.. rolling the window down as he sat down so he could take a final deep breath of the warm Nevada air before getting so intoxicated that Vegas will never be the same..Jimmy took a shot of a shooter sitting in the backseat of the limo before throwing it out the window as the limo sped off towards the party

Congratulations Chade. Its been a pleasure to meet you and see you become the Godfather of Las Vegas.

Batman looks through his suit and smiles as he pulls out a bottle of whiskey and hands it to Chade.

Well my new Godfather since I have joined your family you have been bothing but a Gentleman and helped me along they way. The city has seen a lot of changes since I have been here and it has been through a lot of shit but you have steered us magnificently. Godfather is the least you desrve and I look forward to see everything you have in store.

To the fine people here in Vegas, thank you for all your hard work, I wouldnt be where I am now if it wasn't for all of you.

I would also like to say thank you to the other Godfather's and city heads of the 8 cities, It has a priveledge to work with you all so far and I hope that contiiues into the future.

Thank you to the well wishers here tonight, It is with great honor and priviledge that I take the next step and I will work just as hard, scratch that, harder then I did before to continue steering Las Vegas in the right direction.

Bjorn leaving the HQ after the talk with Chade and the others, arrives back some hours later. Still sipping his tea he makes his way through the thick crowd. As he gets closer Chade noticed Bjorn holding something in his hand. Moving the object behind his back he smiles.
"Congratulations my friend you deserve this great honor that you have worked so hard for. Oh I have something for you. Something I have been saving for some time now and this occasion is just what I've been waiting for."
Moving his hand from behind his back he reveals a stuffed teddy bear. Handing it to his new Godfather.
"This is my oldest and most cherished bear, he has been with me through good times and bad. I hope he gives you just as much good luck as he has brought me."
Chade takes the bear from Bjorn... well he tries to. Bjorn seemed to have a death grip on the plush toy. Finally releasing the bear Bjorn turns away and says.
"He takes only milk in his tea. He doesn't like sugar, please remember that."

Congratulations Chade, Las Vegas has been a model city under your influence and I look forward to your further success.
