I was thinking that when you tip the detective to find an IA, the tip should go into your personals like when you purchase an MIA. 

I remember tipping before and then forgetting the name totally.

Maybe it could go into your personals until the IA is killed. What do ye think?

if you forget the name it will cost 25000 more and it may be a new IA that comes up and you don't find him again

Or maybe you should write it down? Just saying, although its a change that would save users money, its a change for change sake and doesn't add anything to the game, just makes your own life a little easier as then you have less to do, I think there are enough automatic things for us already, there should be at least some element of effort involved in everything imo.
