Back when I had a house, I used to take in a lot of stray cats. It just broke my heart to see them out on their own. I'd clean them up, make sure they were fed, and get them comfortable. My place often felt like a temporary shelter. My main goal was always to find them good, loving homes for free, of course. It was a lot of work, but seeing them go off to a happy life was really rewarding.
 

Then I moved to a condo. And man, that was tough. The management here has strict rules about pets, especially strays, so I just haven't been able to do it anymore. It's a real shame, because I still see them around, and it kills me that I can't help like I used to. Makes you appreciate having a place where you can extend a hand, or a home, to those who need it.

no longer have any animals, no dog, no cat, no nothing... sorta. theres a psychotic stray cat that hangs around the house i feed. it has bit me and the mailman. fucker acts friendly then just snaps. whatever, at least i havent seen a mouse in the house ever since it started hanging around the yard.
