It felt like Deja Vu to Goku. He had never come out to these streets before, and yet he felt like he had two dozen times before this. Perhaps it was the blood of his ancestors flowing within his veins that gave him this sense having been there before. He had of course read the journals of his ancient ancestors The Z Fighters, and had half a mind to continue that tradition with this new opportunity. But he was a different man than those forebears had been, and it felt like a different era. He was the first of his family to be named after their matriarch in many years, and so he decided to begin fresh with a different name.

"Thank you all for coming out this afternoon. I will keep this as succinct as possible. I am here to announce the opening of my new criminal headquarters within the great city of New York, specifically in the Queens district. With the blessing of GFC FutureStealer and GF Vaughn, I am delighted to accept this offer of opportunity within the city and hope to do it, and them, justice. I am eager to get started, and excited to work closer with them and all of the NY uppers. I have yet to make any decisions on who my hands may be, but they will surely be capable and trusted friends who are up to the job. It is my hope for this family to be a band of brothers and sisters working together to improve each other and the city as a whole. And obviously, to be better than worm."

With that, he nodded to the small crowd and turned on his heel, making his way downtown to begin operations.
