When Don Polio and MrDiabolik assassinated the NPC Godfather of Detroit, Don Polio became the new Godfather Chairmen of Detroit.  When he informed me that he was going to allow me to set up my organization in Corktown I was a little hesitant at first hearing words from others that Detroit is bad luck, Detroit is jinxed, and Detroit is for target practice.

But a lion doesn't concern itself with the opinion of sheep. I know the greatest fear in the world is of the opinions of others, but the moment you are unafraid of what the instigators say, you are no longer a sheep, you become a lion.
