Well it looks like the Durden's were planning to attack Summerlin, and being the astute public minded citizen that I am, I thought I could just buy a property and declare myself King of Summerlin, and you know, sit back and chill whilst i wait for death or someone legitimate to set up. After all, I have just about as much right to claim here as anyone else.
