Love RPGs, so playing Elden Ring a lot. My favourite Role is playing victim, I die a lot.

I picked up Date Everything expecting something light and a little ridiculous—but honestly, it turned into a surprisingly thoughtful (and hilarious) experience.

At first glance, the concept feels like a joke taken to the extreme: a world where you can literally date anything. Objects, ideas, things you wouldn’t normally give a second thought to suddenly have personalities, emotions, and stories. But the deeper I got into it, the more I realized the game isn’t just about absurd humor—it’s about perspective.

Playing it made me slow down and pay attention in a weird way. Things I’d normally overlook became the focus. Conversations that start off completely unserious can turn oddly meaningful, and the writing does a great job of balancing comedy with moments that actually stick with you. It’s chaotic, but it’s intentional chaos.

What surprised me most is how the game reflects how we assign value and connection. It exaggerates everything to the point of being ridiculous, but underneath that, there’s something real about how we project feelings, build attachments, and interpret the world around us.

Not every moment lands perfectly, and yeah, it definitely leans hard into its absurd premise—but that’s part of the charm. It knows exactly what it is and fully commits.

Overall, Date Everything ended up being more than just a joke game for me. It’s strange, funny, a little introspective, and honestly kind of memorable in a way I didn’t expect.

Curious if anyone else has tried it

Too many. Absolutely way too many. In fact, it's a wonder I find the time to play this game to sell some poppy and steal bobby pins.

Mobile Legends - This is my childhood.
Ghost Recon Wildlands - Me and the boys need a good stress reliever.
Co-OP TD - Keep the brain sharp
Afk Arena - Waste my time when i have time to waste

The rest aren't worth mentioning becausr I'm too lazy

I'm replaying the Witcher 3, which is still such a good game, even after a decade! And I also occasionally look into Murder on the Yangtze River and Divinity Original Sin 2. I like to multi-task lol

So I picked up The Isle, great survival dinosaur game, and I also got DayZ and Resident Evil 7 and 8, both Gold Edition. Between those and Return to Castle Wolfenstein, I'll be busy for a long while, me thinks.

I am currently playing this new game called Valorborn but I would not recommend it just yet.
It is like a medieval Kenshi but is very very early access and needs a heck of a lot more time to cook.

It does however have a lot of potential so I would at least recommend adding to a steam wish list if you are into Kenshi style games.

This thing called life - all the NPCs are absolutely knoblets, I accidentally set the instructions to Suomi and have no idea how to reset it, I selected hard mode at the start, and am regretting joining this server😂🙈

Just finished a really good game called Evil West. Now I've moved on to a little pixel game named grave yard keeper and my goodness you can sink hours into it without realising if you're not careful. Good game though and I'm thoroughly enjoying it :)

Going to try out the Diablo 4 expansion later, apparently they finally added a map overlay and an item filter, so I am hopeful. We'll see.

Civilization 3 Conquest, Minecraft, Minesweeper, World of Warcraft, Nox, Duke Nukem. I tried Graveyard Keeper but I'm not fond of the cannibalistic themes in there, even though its a video game.

This week I have been too much into House Flipper and Sims 3. Who doesn't want to decorate and sell homes? Like really? And Sims 3 has the best building out of all Sims games imo. Both games I can hyper focus on and sometimes you just need to lose time and forget everything else. Who knows what next week will hold!
