What?

Add a toggle to the RAT screen, which allows the player to turn their RAT invites ON or OFF.
It could sit right below the RAT Eligibility table, similar to how the OC screen has the "Allow OC Invites" toggle.

Why?

While there is an Enable RAT pool option in Manage->Options - General, it is not easily accessible, especially on mobile devices.
Switching RAT invites ON/OFF is something you might want to do many times a day, or even multiple times during a 30-minute RAT event.
Adding the toggle to the RAT screen would make it easier and faster.

Positives

+ The toggle already exists, it's a matter of showing it on another screen.
+ The RAT screen is a natural place for this toggle.
+ I believe this would make mobile users' life easier.
+ More accessible RAT toggle would make it easier for people to switch RAT invites off for a short time, e.g. when they step away for a few minutes during a RAT event.
