It was a chilly, gloomy morning, overcast and had been raining for the last few days. It was the type of day a normal civilian type might laze around the house wasting the day away. This was not the sort of thing Nagatchi had time for. He had to get up, get moving and plan his next scheme. He forces himself to get out of bed to start the day, puts on his coat and fedora and headed out the door.

First stop of every morning is the coffee shop. Always need some caffeine to start the day. Next Nagatchi headed down to the local casino where most of the Mafioso types hang out. As he is walking down the street twords the casino, a car come squealing up, tires locked up and smoking. Four men hop out and with a brief struggle throw Nagatchi in the back of the car puts a burlap sack over his head and peel off down the road.

The car eventually comes to a stop, and Nagatchi is forced out of the vehicle, and lead into a room where he is forced into a chair. They take the burlap sack off his head as he yanks his arm out of the grasp of one of the men. As he looks around the dimly lit room, only lit from flickering candles, he notices the door handle turn and the door opens and walks in two men. Brogone and Luciano Lucky take a seat in front of Nagatchi.

Mind racing with all sorts of thoughts of what might have happened, what he might have done wrong or who may have been wacked, Nagatchi calmly sits in the chair.

“Do you know why you are here Nagatchi?” Luciano asked

“Not quite” exclaimed Natachi with slight concern in his voice.

“Brogone and I have been talking and you have been earning very well Nagatchi”

“You have made the family very prosperous and we would like you to set up under me in LA.” Luciano said.

Shocked, Nagatchi gladly accepts. Brogone lights a card with the resemblance of a saint on it and passes it to Nagatchi as Luciano pricks his finger. Blood spills onto the flaming card as Nagatchi repeats an oath swearing to do the right thing amongst the family. As the ceremony ends they all stand up
