Mikey walked up to the old church with a smile and set of bolt cutters. The place had been locked up since his grandfather passed away unexpectedly years and years ago. The neglect was showing but Mikey was excited to get it cleaned up and ready for business again.

First off, of course, I would like to thank TheLastHit for giving me this opportunity, and honoring me with the chance to start a family of my own. I will do everything I can to make sure this proves to be a wise decision, and try and make you proud in knowing that it was from your family which I branched out.

I'd also like to take this time to congratulate all the other auths given this opportunity today. I look forward to working with you and our already established leaders, and hope that we are able to cooperate together and bring a new peace and prosperity to this world of ours.

One of the benefits of having so many families established at the moment is that as a leader, I do not feel obligated to accept everyone who comes to my door. For this reason, The Church Of Guinness will be picky about who is trusted with membership into the family. Our numbers will also be limited at the outset, so I do not want to fill my limited space with mobsters who do not try hard to impress me.

I will try to instill in my family the importance loyalty to the family. To do this, I will make my members be proud of their family, so that they will defend it with their lives and speak proudly of their family, their city, and their fellow family members.

Things like Omerta and the blood oath that is taken upon reaching Mademan are often overlooked these days. I will make certain that those in The Church of Guinness remember the importance of these pillars of La Cosa Nostra, or if they are new to this way of life, that they learn it for the first time and that it is impressed upon them, so that they may teach future generations of their family and create mobsters with strong values.

These things are important to me, and I will use the opportunity I have been given to make certain that I stand for something.
