I am in the process of selecting the house for the meet, and need to get a final count of those coming. The target dates are mid-october, but the head count will determine when exactly since it determined which house we will rent to fit everyone.  If you have not sent me a mail with subject of "2023 Meet - Interested (Put Name I Would Know You As Here)" then you may not be counted and there won't be a bed for you.
