Good morning. 

Sometimes i have to bust out a durden out of jail so i can shoot it, then i try to shoot it again and it says i have to put a hit on it.

Since we just busted it out of jail, shouldn't we be able to "find it" and shoot it without the need to put a hit on it?

Question still stands and im still confused about it:

If i bust someone out of jail i can just shoot their head off since they would be right on front of me, so i dont understand why we still have to put a hit on a durden right after busting it out of jail.

I agree this is odd.

What we really need to have this make more sense is some flavour text such as

"After helping BobbyTortilla escape from his date with Bubba he gives you a firm handshake, then proceeds to throw sand in your eyes and runs off laughing maniacally."
