A loud clattering sound is heard through the cobblestone streets of New York.  Within moments a cry echoes as a herald and a group of page boys march down the street preceding a large gilded carriage.

"Make way make way" cries the herald, blasting a loud note on his trumpet. The carriage stops in front of a large building that has been bedecked with waving scarlet and purple flags, their golden tassels fluttering in the idle wind. The page boys leap into action, removing a crimson velvet carpet from the back and spreading it out in front of the door.  The black stallions paw the ground and bow their heads on signal as the door is opened and a royal figure emerges from the plush velvet interior. Duke steps out onto the carpet and pulls out a heavy navy colored bag.  Opening the drawstrings, he reaches in and pulls out a handful of coins, scattering the largess to the gathered masses and watching as they grab and claw for every precious coin.

He steps onto a platform which has been placed on the red carpet and raises his hand for silence.  As a hush falls over the crowd, As three more figures emerge from the carriage.  The first is a gorgeous lady with flowing blond hair.  Her clothing is rogueish and daring and her trusty cutlass swings by her hips.  The second figure is a tall blond man wearing a similar but less flashy outfit to the one Duke is adorned with. He too walks with a royal grace and carries himself with an air of dignity and humility.  On his right hand is a signet ring with the initials "R.R." engraved on them.  The third person steps out also handsomely dressed in the style befitting a Lord. Duke clears his throat as the three people join his side.  Then he begins to speak. 

"Good Afternoon good people of the 8 Cities! I am pleased to annouce I have been granted the esteemed position, by Godfather -Premeir, of crew leader. This is truly an honor and I will serve New York the best I can. I would like to thank the people that helped me get to where I am. LoveGun I couldn't have done this without you. Ciaran and Firo, you two pushed me to do my best and inspired me in my endeavors. Now is the time for us to begin our work to make New York the best and the brightest."

As he finishes his speech, the crowd cheers and he throws out another handful of gleaming coins to the masses.  When the last of the money is gone from the purse, he steps down off of the platform and waves to the crowd. Ciaran and FiroProchainezo do the same.  The herald lifts up his trumpet again and blasts a short tune before opening a scroll and reading to the crowd. 

"I hereby am pleased to announce The Rotten Royals!"

Upon hearing the news tony claps his hands slowly with the crowd that has gathered

Congratulations, look forward to seeing what you've got.

After spending a moment to collect the gold coins that littered the streets, gaining a bit of elbow room by flashing a switch blade, McKnighter properly adjusts himself to address his royal highness.

"It's good to see that the nobility of New York are collecting together in order to progress the city, regardless if they are ripe or rotten. Best of wishes to you, Duke."

Civ approaches Duke with a huge smile smoking his cigar, puffing out big clouds of white smoke. He holds another cigar in his hand and walks over to Duke...

"Duke... this is a great day for NY to finally see it's Duke set up office in town. I always knew you as a good man and i am overjoyed to seeing you getting your chance to help the city grow. This is your day and here is a small token from my part. Have this cigar when you are alone and want to relax and enjoy your moment. Once again godfather -Premeir has made a wise choice in make you boss. I am looking forward to seeing your great work in this fine city. Cheers to you my friend, it is another great day for New York! Salut!"

Civ lifts his glass of Whiskey he was holding and drinks it down...

Ciaran clapped Duke on the shoulder. A slightly less than royal gesture but he was truly proud and honored to be working with Duke.

"Duke, I have been your friend for a long time. I am glad to see you get what you have worked so hard to attain. I am excited for all the new opportunities that you have been given and have chosen to share with me and FiroProchainezo. Now lets go drink some Dr. Pepper and get to work!"

CM Punk makes his way up onto the platform and clasps Duke on his shoulder.

Duke, I have had the honor and the privilege of working beside you with Don LoveGun. You have always been a well-spoken, hardworking gentleman and it gives me great pleasure to see you take you place among the royalty of New York City.

I've no doubts that you will serve this city, it's heritage, and it's history proud. Though you may not wear the colors of the Corsair Collective anymore, know that we in your former home will always think of you as one of our own, and stand ready to help you achieve the greatness you so richly deserve.

Kriminal hears a racous crowd yelling and screaming, and being curious as he is he walked over to see what all the commotion was about.  Duke had already finished giving his speech when Kriminal had arrived, so he asked the people around what had happened.  Kriminal walks up to Duke and extends his arm and says:

"Congratulations"

Al slipping behind the podium and deftly slid his hand in to Duke's pocket and removed the bag of REAL gold from it.

"Fools, they are stabbing each other for that fake gold he keeps under his bed... hahah."

Al dropped down to the ground and headed to the post office where he boxed up the gold and sent it special delivery to Duke's new palace along with bottle of LoveGuns best rum and a note that read:

"I'll miss relieving you of your gold, but goodness gracious me, we are all proud of you and know you will rule the roost with the best of them! -- You pal Al."

Congratulations,i wish you and yours every success!!

Although Duke is not a member of his city, Joey happened to be walking by when he made the announcement and started to clap.
