It'll be a bit of both depending on the person and their current life. Family you've never seen before will be coming out the woodwork looking for a share of it and friends will suddenly expect handouts too. Personally, that kinda money id be happy to share with people I care about, would even hope to do plenty of good stuff in my community to improve it.

But since I dont buy a lotto ticket, i'll never be in that position lol.

Just let me win one and I can deal with the rest.  That's a lot of money and enough to share and invest. I would set my entire family up with some money for sure, especially the little ones for when they grow up. 

it's funny I don't really buy lottery tickets unless the lottery gets up to the extreme highs like this time, I never win but it's always cool thinking about all the stuff you'd do with it.

Me personally I'd buy me a nice 1000 acres and run a cattle ranch and just live no real fancy stuff no 2023 cars or anything just a ranch maybe a 2020 truck some horses and a nice house.

I think it would be much like the "Captain America" serum in that having that much money would only amplify the characteristics you already had.  Basically, it's "fuck you" money, so the real you can come out and be all that you can be.  Me? Yeah, I could handle it, but I would become a real dick. But only to people who deserve it.

Winning that kind of money is a blessing if you understand that money is a tool.  Its a curse if you dont understand how moeny works and how the people around you operate.   Use the tool to generate more and limit the access your friends have to you.  Those that rarely spoke end them quickly, those that you talk with daily keep them but remember your time is money so make those conversations short, unless they are bring you opportunities that you can see and research in detail.  Then do your own research.  I'm taking the money and using my resources and new tool to create generational wealth.
