After finding a crew and keeping his head down while doing jobs Siege realized that if he wanted to continue on in this life he needed to make some real money. The petty crime and occasional felony activities paid for his lifestyle, but he soon came to realize he not only wanted more... but actually needed more. He had dabbled in flipping drugs here and there, but now with his connections he was able to get much more than what he was use to previously. Before long, he realized he could make some serious dough if he worked the trade and learned the in and outs. He decided that when he wasn't doing jobs for the crew that he would be out hustling whatever he could get his hands on. During the days work went on in Las Vegas per usual, but when the blistering sun fell under the horizon the streets filled with folks looking for a good time. This is the time that Siege would regularly go out into the clubs, gambling rooms, and other type of entertainment establishments with his product and sell it to the highest bidder. He began working on a schedule to get the best prices on purchase while having clientele that paid top price. Before long Siege had made his first million, and had a taste of the high life for a moment. Of course he wasn't satisfied and he believed his trade could be improved upon more, as well as other avenues of revenue that he didn't yet have access to... Siege was walking the streets of Las Vegas this particular night doing his usual business while thinking of more ways to increase his profits, he knew a million dollars was quite a bit of money but it was just scratching the surface to him. He watched many others waste ten times more just on a gambling match at one of the casinos before! His mind boggled for answers, "I've heard some people gamble to turn a profit, but that seems so.... unreliable." he said to himself scoffing. |

Working through the night while thinking Siege realized he could use one of his strengths to help him, he use to do bootlegging during the prohibition period. He was typically the one who modified the vehicles and drove the product to the clientele back in those days, and he figured he could set up his vehicle for something similar. After he finished selling the rest of his units that night he took his Jaguar XK120 to his garage on the outskirts of the city and began to modify the vehicle to carry additional units for him that was also hidden away from authorities. Siege grinned at his work and in the same moment someone walked into the doors of the garage. It was his package that he had ordered, enough units to flip a good profit for the night. He decided he would take his Jaguar out to the streets with him tonight to help him conceal and carry weight to make additional profit... His test worked even better than he thought it would! With the vehicle to move around with, he got to locations much quicker than he usually did walking and was able to get rid of all the units he had with him well before he usually finished his nights. "Hah! I can't believe that worked so well. This was a fantastic idea, who knew being a old bootlegger would come in handy in this kind of work." Siege continued to drive his Jaguar back to the garage to park it up for the night and walk home. |

Siege awoke the next day feeling refreshed and invigorated for the day, last night had been a huge success! He walked to The Brotherhoods HQ and got to work doing his daily routine with a fresh sense of accomplishment and determination. The day flew by for Siege as he worked the city and before long he was back at the HQ to check in again before he headed out for the night. While he was there he was informed that he had been promoted to a Made-Man, and was congratulated by FreddieMercury before departing. He was both extremely proud of himself as well as stunned in the moment. After the congratulations were finished and Siege thanked them, he headed for the door and out to the city streets for the night. He walked to his garage on the outskirts of town to pick up his vehicle when he felt a brush of someone's hand at his pocket. He turned quickly and saw the man run off with a wad of his cash before dashing around a corner. "Son of a bitch...." he muttered before taking off after the man. Eventually he caught up to the man and sneakily came up behind him, he returned the mans favor and pickpocketed his money back from the gentlemen and ran off in the same fashion as he did as he turned to see who had pickpocketed him. Siege laughed as he ran down the city streets back to his garage, panting heavily as he opened the doors and got into his car. He pulled the keys from his coat pocket and turned over the engine of the modified inline six engine that powered the Jaguar. He left the car running while he got out and relocked the garage up, and returned to the vehicle so he could pull out and get to his first meet up that he was already running late for. The tires screeched loudly as the Jaguar pulled onto the road and roared down it quickly into the night. |

Siege pulls up to the first drop off spot of the night, opening the fabricated compartment that was welded into a hidden spot under his dash and pulled out a large package. He slid the parcel into his coat and stepped out of the car, walking up to the building and knocking loudly. The client opened the door and Siege took a wad of cash from the guy before shoving the parcel into his hands. He walked down the steps, counting the money before stepping back inside of his car smirking as he put the vehicle in park and continued on his route. Throughout the night Siege made more money than he ever had before in his life. While he was cruising down the road he pulled off to the side, looking around to see if anyone was paying attention as he opened his small stash spot, wads of cash falling onto the floor of his automobile. His eyes widened and he chuckled lightly while picking up the money and stuffing it back into the box, closing it again. "If things keep going up like this, soon I'll be living the high life... I just need to stay focused and keep playing my cards correctly." Siege takes a cigar from his coat pocket, clipping one end off of it before striking a match and lighting it. Siege's car pulls up to the garage on the outskirts of town where he locks up the Jaguar and begins he journey home after a long, but successful day. He throws the stub of his cigar to the ground and stomps it out before he crosses the street and begins to whistle a tune while walking home. He steps inside of his home and closes the door, locking it behind him. He takes his coat off and throws it over the back of one of the chairs as he walks back to the kitchen, his stomach rumbling in anger. He cooks himself some dinner while reading the paper to see if anything new was going on in the city. "I've been working a lot, which is great and the money flow is coming in. I really need to get out and meet some people though and get some connections... I don't really know many people outside of my crew." Siege took a sip from a glass of water as he dumped his dinner onto a plate and grabbed a fork, sitting down at his dinner table. He ate his dinner while finishing the newspaper, then headed up to bed for the night. |

After the late night he had, Siege woke up a little behind schedule. He had other things planned today, with his promotion it meant he was able to work more kinds of jobs now. He wanted to get a feel for those as well as modify his car some more since he was able to carry even more units than before. It felt like what he came to the city to do was finally coming to fruition after all of his hard work day and night. He walked over to his garage and opened the doors, inviting others to join him as he began to break down the body of his car, stripping it nearly bare while he pulled over his welding equipment and began to fabricate more stash areas across his vehicle. Sweat poured from his body as he slaved over his work, the beads dropping to the floor while he checked measurements and rechecked them before tacing and welding full pieces of metal to the car. Before long most of the fabrication work had been finished on the car, and he was touching up some of the areas with a file and some paint before he started putting on each body pieces slowly, but surely to make sure he got everything correctly replaced. He stood back as he popped open a beer with one of his bottle openers, taking a large gulp down as he exhaled a large breath of wind from his mouth. "Fuck it is hot today" he says to himself while enjoying the cold brew, looking over his work with excitement. |

Siege's constant work and persistence paid off again during his nightly routine. After everything was said and done, he parked his car inside of his garage and went into his office to do some bookwork. After he finished adding all of the new numbers into his statistics he realized he wasn't just a millionaire anymore. He was a multimillionaire. His lips creased into a smile he couldn't hold back. Siege kicked his feet up onto his desk and opened his drawer, pulling out a cigar. He ripped one end off the cigar before lighting it and picked up his notes, rechecking all of his mathematics. His eyes flicked over the pages, nodding as he ashed the cigar every so often. Finally he set his feet on the floor and stood up, packing all of his notes into his coat and began his journey home to go to sleep. Siege awoke the next morning with a pep in his step as he walked out of his home to perform his daily duties. He had came far from when he first came to Las Vegas. He came with just a bit of cash and a plane ticket originally, and now he was a multimillionaire. He knew that even though he had reached one of his goals, it still was chump change in the grand scheme of things. He knew he had to keep pushing to create more cash flow. "I know there has to be more money in this city somewhere... I'm missing something" |
