These guys seem to have been around forever. In reality, any government agent on the take would have either been grassed up, or found with a bullet in the back of his head. Especially the ones who have been around for years.

I would suggest a cycle of reality, at least a name change every now and then. Another solution would be to offer these characters as NPC`s, wanted dead or alive due to their activities and available for the kill by anyone with a gun. Afterall, it`s always nice o get something back from the government especially when it`s cost so much over the years in bribery costs.

This is a particular flaw, we don't want anymore free kills added to the game there's enough already. Also, I don't see how it makes that much difference. It offers no other input than drug prices. I don't personally see the need to over-complicate it.
