I have to say Detroit and Las Vegas during the Marrietta and Auroura years. Those, I feel are the most successful for a long time to a new player such as myself who first started, 3 years ago. |

The great thing about these is that every comment is really objective and not about who was their favorite leader. I'm sure everybody agrees that all of the names mentioned here are worthy contestants to being a great among greats. |

I might be a little biased towards CH under Roman just because that's pretty much the only city I've played for since I started playing. But I must say, CH definitely had the whole game by the ass if it's just my opinion. Honestly, if most of the city hadn't turned on him, I think Roman would probly still be around right now. |

I would have to go with Anita on this one, now I can't say that I was around for TheDean but I was around for both Roman and Anita and I would have to say that Anita held more power closely to her than did Roman, Roman heavily relied on Premier and other cities to make his empire ultimately as strong as it was. Anita was feared by all and she commanded her own city abosolutely.
The reason people cried for a reset because Anita was powerful enough and ruthless enough to take our her competitors before they became a true risk, making the public feel as though there was no chance to catch her.
Roman/Premier ended their long lived careers in epic fashion however, I think the best CITY (singular not plural) has to go to Anita's Philly, it felt to me that Roman and Premier tried to model their empire after her very strong successful one. |

I would give a nod to Anita in Philly as well, though I think UncleNicky (was it New York?) and MrEvilman (maybe New Orleans?) should get credit as well, considering their empires were built in a world where bodyguards were limited. |
