She walks past the car to the local tavern right across the street, where all the 'shady' types hung out. Jade walks up to the bar and nods at the bodyguards.


Silence! Don Jade has an announcement to make.


Elegantly Jade walks forth stepping up on a box on the sidewalk. She removes her top hat and runs her fingers through her long silky hair fixing it. Then making eye contact with the crowd that surrounded her, she speaks gently.


It's a cold trademark Chicago day, the perfect type of day for an announcement like this. I came to Chicago with nothing, got a chance to work my way up. Then saw my CL leave to fix things on the other side of this town, which lead to me becoming CL. In my time here from my journey from G'star to Underboss I have met many people from different walks of life. And then I met EasyApproach.

EasyApproach is one of those guys that always puts the family first, he's as loyal as they come and he works his butt off. So after working him hard for all this time I think he's due for a promotion. EasyApproach, your name says it all. You are one of the easiest and the friendliest person to talk to around our parts. And what's more is that you lead by example.


Don Jade takes a step back and looks over to a dark figure standing in the background. She motions him to come forward.


EasyApproach you have exemplified great abilities working for me, that's why I am proud to say that you will be setting up as captain to the Masters Of Deception in the great city of Chicago, thanks to Godfather Roman's blessing.


Don Jade puts her hat back on and pulls a bottle of champagne from her bag.

I have been a part of MOD for a bit now and I must say I am amazed at how this family works. No doubt the communication lines within the family have played their part in grooming mobsters like EasyApproach.

This is a bright day for Chicago as Chicago walks down its path of greatness. Don Jade I bid you congratulations as 'one fly's out the nest and goes to build another'.

I am sure the future will be ever bright for this Approach.

zonrox walks toward Easy and says " hey man! good job! keep it up. congratulations. i've forseen this before so i am just waiting for this day to come. again congratulations" see you deserve that position coz i know how dedicated you are to our family, you really help each and everyone of us so i know you will be a better leader.

Feisty stands back as her boss gives her speech, filled with pride over her family and EasyApproach being chosen to start his own. Stepping forward she takes Jade's hand and smiles at her. 

It seems like just yesterday that you took over this family of ours. With you leading us we have obviously blossomed, we have become closer than before, and we know we can always rely on each other. You have shown us what a real family can be, and what we can become.

Kissing her cheek, she steps over to EasyApproach and gives him a hug, trying to keep her emotions in check.

Easy, you will always be a part of MOD, and you will always be a part of this family. We've had some great times together, and you've always found a way to keep us laughing. We will miss you dearly my friend, but you are going to be amazing at your new position, and I can't wait to see what you bring to the city of Chicago. 

Alchemy hears a commotion going on near where he was helping the local bank clean this big old metal room full of bits if paper. After finishing up he sends sone of he's heavys over to investigate and finds out it's the boss lady and he stops to listen to what's said

This news isn't news for Chicago....

This is amazing news for Chicago! Easy has got to be one the hardest workers I've seen in a long while, always putting the family before himself. I know from this you will continue this way and shine bright as one of Chicagos stars.

Alchemy looks towards Fiesty and says has Jade gone nuts

Easy is a great guy for the family why would she do this? This guy works none stop and never asks for anything in return, why give that up? Afrer hearing he's own voice it all makes perfect sence

Hard work and dedication gets rewarded here, this alone is proof enough of that.

Easy my friend I wish you all the success as a captain for the family. I know first hand what you are capable of now it's time for you to show them.

Lucian listens with uneasy as his boss speaks not knowing the subject until he hears that Easy was bumped up. Happy that its good news as a smile spreads across his face that Easy will have his own crew to support the city. He applauds the speech that Jade gives and eagerly waits to congratulate Easy.

I know getting the nod from the big guy took a lot of hard work and I know you had to impress that hell out of Jade to get her recommendation. We're going to miss you around here so please don't be a stranger we all support you and I am for one am very happy for you. This is your day man and I hope you have nothing but continued joy.

Along with the rest of the crowd, Sonja chears as her mentor breaks away to start his own family. It was bound to happen sooner or later. Easy, finally fitting into some big boy pants, deserves his chance to make Chicago an even better city than it already is. She knows he'll do his best, and all of Chicago is willing to back him up.

Congrats, man. You did it!

McKnighter strolls up in a rather snazzy looking dress suit, completed with a fedora and an expensive watch. He grins brightly as he watches and listens to Jade, nodding his head several times in approval, adding an applause at the end. After the majority of the members gathered for the event, he stepped up to mass of bodyguards to offer a quick wave to his boss, attempting to gain her attention.

"A wonderful choice, Don! I am sure EasyA will do us all proud. While it is a shame to lose him, he won't be too far away!"

With that, he reaches into his jacket to offer her a violet flower in congratulations for this achievement and progression for the grand city of Chicago, tipping his hat once to retake his place in the crowd, off to search for the man of the day.

TionShyne hears all the commotion and gets up from his stool in the bar and emerges onto the sidewalk, blocking his eyes to block the sun that he hasn't seen in hours. He reaches in his pocket and pulls out a cigarette he hand rolled him self the night before and smiles. Just as he tosses it Jade has finished her news.

What can I say I'm proud of the EasiestApproch I know. Congratulations man, but I have to go my beers getting warm.

Chuckling to himself TionShyne stumbles back through the door and to his very missed barstool and most of all beer. Just as the door closes you hear a voice "This ones for your m...." he gets cut off.
