SuperX sat in his office inside the St. Louis Riverboat Casino, across the table Batman was reading the St. Louis Post smoking a cigarette. SuperX was sipping a gin looking out the window as the sun was setting over the mighty Mississippi River.

Well lets get to business. JewishJake, the three of us have been talking about you a lot lately.

JewishJake begins to look nervous

You sir have done great things here in St. Louis. Any and everything asked of you gets done and gets done swiftly.  You have always put the city of St. Louis above all else and have worked tirelessly day in and day out. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed my man and the three of us have decided that it is time for you to expand your operations here in St. Louis. So today I give you my blessing to expand your family to the south side and setup a Capodecima to work directly under you. Those thugs that we were letting run that small time drug operation down there have slipped up and we had to remove them.

SuperX hands JewishJake a set of keys

JewishJake wipes the sweat from his forehead

JewishJake nods in respect to SuperX and Batman and begins to speak.

I appreciate your blessing and your kind words. You know failure isn't my strongest characteristic and I have the perfect person for the job. I believe he will exceed our expectations and oddly enough you both may already know who I am talking about and Batman with your blessing I would like to see SamWalton expand the operations of La Kostra Nostra here in St Louis. I believe you both know Sam's track record, he sets personal greed aside and always puts others and the city before himself. He possess key characteristics that come only once in a mafioso lifetime and I believe he is the perfect addition to not only La Kostra Nostra but the city of St. Louis as a whole.

Batman and SuperX look to each other and a share a nod in approval, JewishJake motions to the door

TonyCastelli, go get Sam and meet me at the B'nai Israel

JewishJake stands up from his seat and offers a handshake of respect to both the gentlemen and quickly scurries out of the St Louis Riverboat Casino

Patiently waiting out front, Alexander-The-Great opens the door to his 1938 Cadillac Fleetwood so JewishJake can step into the backseat

Alexander-The-Great nods to the driver and quickly speaks

Back to the headquarters!

The driver pulls out and begins on route to the headquarters.Upon arrival the two men scurry into the headquarters to find Loner already waiting and greeting the two men

Loner, are tony and Sam here?

Yes they are shooting a game of pool

Jake with a look of eagerness in his eyes says

I need everyone in the conference room. Please tell TonyCastelli that it is urgent and tell Sam to please wait outside.

After a few short moments Loner emerges from the conference room

Sam can you please come in.

Sam nervously gets up from his seat and follows Loner into the conference room making sure to shut the door on his way he quickly notices JewishJake sitting in his seat with Alexander-The-Great and TonyCastelli standing behind him he motions for Sam to sit down and begins to speak

Sam, I could take up this whole time with the great things that you have done for this city. I have watched you grow in this city into a upstanding mafioso eager to do whatever is needed of you. I have spoke with Godfather SuperX and Don Batman, Batman has given me his blessing to allow you to continue to further your legacy in St. Louis and set up as my newest Capodecima.

JewishJake hands him his keys to his headquarters

Your new Headquarters are on the south side where those kids used to be set up. I know you will make the city proud my man.

After just being handed over the keys to his new family by JewishJake a million thoughts were going through Sams head. Shaking hands with each crew leader, Sam had a wide smile on his face. Sam then goes to the liquor cabinet and grabs one of the finest bottle of champagne. Popping the cork in the direction of Alexander-The-Great everyone begins to laugh. While pouring everyone there round of drinks Sam begins to speak to the group.

First of all I would like to thank you all for the oppritunity to set up a Capodecima family in our wonderful city of St. Louis. It all works out great seeing as how I have already been given the chance to work with most of the city heads in this city that I finally get to work for JewishJakes family now. You're all a fine group of gentleman and I'm sure we father would be proud to see how far the city has come. I look forward to what the future brings our city, if you guys do not mind I do have a couple of people to bring with me. Enmiity-Jr and Madara will be coming over with me from there respected families to help set up a small shop of top notch mafiosos.

All glasses had been poured and a couple of the guys were growing tired of listening to Sam talk. Sam damn near had to wake his Godfather SuperX up.

South side of the city huh? Keeping it old school, I will see if I can spruce up the old place. Alexander-The Great, if you fetch Enmiity-Jr and Madara at my restaurant in the casino I would like to inform them of there new duties personally on this occasion.

Slipping a roll of cash into Alexanders breast pocket he also recieved a card.

I would just like to say, It was only a few months ago when I worked as a little gangster for Sam. And now to be able to work side by side for Sam is a great Honor. He's A great leader etc. & taught me at least half of what I Know

Batman awakens from a deep drunken sleep, finding himself in a hotel with a few dead hookers and bottles upon bottles or liquor. It smells of weed and cigarettes with a hint of vomit. I get to my feet and find JewishJake snuggled with a bottle of whiskey to his chest. I kick him in the leg in attempt to wake him before continuing to search the hotel. SuperX and Hound are lying in the kitchen with four beaten up ladies half naked with several bottles of Gin empty next to them. I laugh and notice Hound what I think to be a used condom on his ear and rush to the sink to vomit. After getting sick in the sink I wash my mouth out and hear a voice say "Whats that noise!" I open the drawer under the sink and find SamWalton crammed under there with several blunt roaches,cans of beer and a bottle of Scotch. I smile and help SamWalton out from under there and place a wrapped gift in his hand.

Can you say what the fuck happened last night? No homo.

Checks his suit and finds a small bottle of rum and a blunt wrapped with a bow around it. Places it in your hand and grins.

Lips gets to St Louis after a long flight.

He gets phoned at the hotel about the news, he then answers.

"Yea! Whos this? Hey Hi ya doing, Good good not to bad...What happened? Alright about time he got upped! Okay I gotta go Ciao". 

Lips then hangs up the phone. Lips then takes a cap towards Sam's Club.

He then walks in to Sam's new HQ with a bottle of Vino.

"Hey nice thing you got going on, very happy for you. Here is a bottle of the finest vino money could buy, congratulazioni per il vostro movimento!"
