For argument sake, One of your close friends has been quite naughty. He needs to pay those gambling debts, decides to rob a mom & pop shop. You guessed it, things go wrong. One less Granny Sue on the block. Very brutal discovery for her family in the morning, but anyhow. Your superior questions you on the matter. This particular shop was not under the protection of any particular family or organization, but such activity and violence should not be associated with your family. This isnt the first time, your friend has pushed the envelope, and revealing the truth may be the end of him... so ...how would you respond to this? Would you betray your friend, to satisfy the sense of broken justice that rests on your own heart? Would the loyalty excel the need for justice? We all make mistakes right? Or a combination of the two that satisfies both sides of the apple? |

| Breaking silence for the matter of discussion is fine, as this a fictional example... but something realistic and perhaps relevant. We're separated by race, religion and creed and even so by our different organizations, but the values which we swear to live by... those make us the same. | |
