Philadelphia has certainly been through rocky times recently, First the unfortunate death of Grif A very fine respectful Godfather, and then the loss of two vital leaders Pariso and Alfredo. You could call us unlucky, But your meant to make your own luck...

Allot of unfortunate and Brave people died In The Winterwake of last night. It was something that will be remembered for ever, And has completely changed every city. Allot of the population of the world lost their lives including allot of great accomplishments, lost but not forgotten. Philadelphia lost two great leaders last night.

I know there is a housing shortage Nationwide but I have come to announce I will be working from the Pub Down Portside Avenue, Its currently getting the finishing touches from the decorators. I will be continuing My fallen leader Alfredo's work Of Cristiano Decastro Famiglia to help the shortage of vacancies if anyone needs a home and would like to help rebuild the Red of Philadelphia.

Alfredo's leadership was cut far to short for what a new bloodline taking its first steps into leadership should expect as their first run and I can understand his bloodlines disappointment with his run. Hopefully I can do him proud by picking up his torch and help lead to a better future for Philly.

I must note it will be a priority to rehouse returning Philadelphia members. My condolences to the bloodlines who lost their relatives, and my deepest respect to those who lost their lives.

I would like to apologize for this young man on Philadelphia's behalf. It seems he got ahold of some bad mushrooms, and got a big delusional.

While we agree that Alfredo's reign was cut short, and we here miss him already, this young man took over a position that he had not warranted. We hold no ill will toward his line and wish the best to their future.

As for calling my father delusional, I'll try to see if I can get my hands on any of my fathers paperwork. I believe my father had a few letters that would genuinely shock you seeing as you use the word delusional.

I have no intention on taking this any further, It is clear that Philadelphia has alot of work to do. And it is in a terrible state.
