They didn't go out shooting.  And they didn't go out shot.

No ammunition was used in the end of their careers.

Should we judge a retiree's upper structure?

Is retiring acceptable?

Should crews come to these streets to explain retirement?

Who's next?

AND WHY ARE PEOPLE RETIRING?

Why would this be anyone's business or concern other than the retiree and their crew?

Retiring is for cowards. A Made Man oath typically states 'to death'. For those of you considering the undignified way out, I implore you to instead duel GordonGekko as a form of ritual suicide.

A MM oath is you ride or die. An oath we take expressing extreme loyalty and will be there no matter what. It is not an oath we take that comes with exceptions.  

For all we know the one(s) who retire may have requested to be blooded out and their request was not fulfilled. It is their right to retire.

How do you propose to get to the bottom of all these mysterious retiring episodes? 

It's becoming something of an epidemic.

Gekko and TWJ are right. Murder sells media, and murdering media for murder media is an honorable venture. Murder also provides fresh organs for my cult, Clam Cult. It's good to eat them fresh, to allow all that uncongealed blood and goo to trickle down your chin, so that you look yucky and scary in the shadow of your hooded robes. My only historical exception to retirement is in the case of Jesus Christ, whom I wish would have retired rather than be crucified, in order to have paved the way for our lord and master Baphomet, the phantom of all terrors, to feast upon the sin of the world. 

This is where I think my stance on legitimising a certain degree of murder and violence is a good thing.

Can you imagine how exciting it would be to have a well reported sitdown dealing with the killing of a WiseGuy

GordonGekko, could you elaborate as to what degree of legitimisation you are aiming for here? Do you mean that more reasons for murder should be accepted as adequate? And that it should be documented more rigorously for discussion and posterity?
