Tonks pulled on her coat, buttoning each button to secure in the warmth. Philly had been hit with an awful snow storm last night and there was about a foot and a half of snow everywhere. When she had awoken this morning from another restless night, she wasn't to happy with the weather. Tonks was reassured when her driver told her they could still go out to the streets and make the announcement.

As she left her headquarters, Tonks couldn't help but think about everything that had happened in the last couple of days. Truthfully it was the only thing on her mind. What else did she have to think about? All of her friends had gone into a huge war, and many of her close friends died. Not only did she lose many a great friend, but Philly had lost two great leaders. Then the next day she was called into a meeting with Cassi who had given her the nod. After the news was presented she was swept off to her new headquarters where she was busy for the past twenty four hours and had plenty of work to still get done.

She had to make time to address the streets and spread word to the rest of the criminals in the country about her new set up. The car came to a stop and Tonks looked out of the window. She saw many faces and smiled at the turn out. She opened the door of the car and exited.

Hello everyone, I'm glad you could make it out today despite this weather we are getting.

She smiled to her audience.

Maybe a day off tomorrow, what else could make a day go well.

Tonks chuckled.

Now I won't waste your time so I'll get straight down to business. If you haven't noticed there was war a few days ago and ParisO, and Alfredo were gunned down tragically during it. The great city of Philly lost two amazing leaders and as word came to me of this even the only thing I could think about was what would happen to the crews they worked so hard for?

My question was quickly answered when Cassi spoke to me yesterday. They gave me the nod to step up and take the crew, rebuild and move forward to better days. I know, I have very large shoes to fill, but I am not alone on this project.

Tonks smiled over to the men that stood beside her.

Without further adieu I'd like to present The Order of The Pheoenix. I would also like to say thank you to everyone for their support in these tough times while I try to get my headquarters up and running, right where Alfredo and Paris left off. Last, but not least, I would like to thank Cassi for this wonderful opportunity you are giving me.

Lets not hope this is the last we hear from you and you grace our streets more often than your predecessors.

Tonks, without going into too much detail with all you have done lately... All I can say is that this is fucking deserved. You have earned this great opportunity and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. You proved yourself amongst us in Philly while my late cousin was fighting in the deadly war. Not only am I proud of this day, but also eager to see what else you can do with a Crew in Philly.

Congratulations Tonks, My father spoke fondly of his time in Philly. He was indeed a great man, an even better leader some would say. And a part of his blue team legacy will forever burn in my heart, together with some slight indigestion

I wish you well in your journey to help rebuild Philly, its the least the great city deserves. You've got some great people around you so I know it won't be in vain
