Timmy sat down on the park bench in the middle of the French Quarter and pulled out a bag of birdseed and tossed a few to the avian population around him.  As the birds clustered around him he looked around and started to talk to himself.

The late Premier stated for all to hear that the recent Blacklisting of various residents of our streets was a consensus. 

He furthermore pointed out that those actions were not being forced upon any leader, and any one could join or decline in the blacklist.

I have been truly wondering about this in the recent day or so, seeing as our general situation has changed, do we still need this blacklisting?  Perhaps it never was required?

I wonder what everyone else thinks about this.  Perhaps I should keep my mouth shut, after all, its been a very sensitive matter.... I think i'l..zzzzzzzzzzz

With the big change we have seen recently, it feels like a new start around here. With that in mind i would love to see a clean slate, no bloodlines blacklisted, a fresh beginning for all and see how it goes. The blacklisting was a load of shite to begin with, time to put that behind us and move forward.

It seems though the mafioso of this world have worked themselves out of dictatorship, for this they should be proud. The pitfall however is now you don't have is leadership in the streets. There are still leaders afraid to move or speak. It looks as if without dictatorship no one knows what to do. I don't think anythings over yet untill we see a rebuilding of power.

Why should this be something that is hard to talk about? Were all here to open our minds and express our opinions, And it seems clear that altho they may be terrible they was also required and Epic. Do I thnk black listing was required? No. Should someone be cast out of this society because they are not liked by the current leader regieme? God no.

At some points in your Mafia career most of you already have or will one day be cat aside by the leaders, But someone out there has to give you that chance... Overall blacklisting can as it has proven a touch to much. Think if it this way, You blacklist 1 person, you annoy atleast 10. Its the masses of the community that keep our business running and the money rolling in the bank. You cant Rule, You can only Lead here.

What has been banging on my mind is how the current leaders will go on their opinions of shortlisting certain people that are not welcome within their city in the future,
