Yes, the war took a huge toll on all of us. As a former associate of The Wayne Enterprises, I can say that it was a great pleasure working for Batman. He was one hell of a boss. I'm glad to see his son is willing to pick up the pieces of his father's legacy. To new beginnings, indeed!!! |

Hello SpaceCowboy. You are right. Many people lost their lifes the last couple of days but their sons and daughters are now here to live their lives as they wish to.
To all the fallen may God rest their souls.
Your father was a great man. He served his crew and his city the best way possible. He fought with honour during wars and show to everyone an examble to be followed.
He gave his best to St.Louis for a long period of time. He even gave his own life to serve the city. For that St.Louis will be forever grateful and your father's achievements shall not be forgotten over time.
To you SpaceCowboy I can only wish the best. I am sure you will follow your father's footsteps and this will make you a great man too.
So cheers my friend! To new lives and beginnings. |

McQuestion listens and understands exactly what SpaceCowboy is going through.
Ah, I have read similar things from my fathers journals. He died early in the war. In his sleep actually. He knew that he could die so he always wrote stories and information down to pass on to me.
My father was Tony Castelli. He worked in St. Louis as did your father. He was LH to your father for a short time, yet it was a great time for him. Working with such a great friend and such a great bloodline.
Then my father moved on to La Kosher Nostra to become a RH and this job was taxing on him. But the end result was well worth it. He made new friends, got recognition of his work and him being an asset to the city by many. It was sad that his life was cut so short. He was proud to call SuperX, JewishJake, Batman, SamWalton, Hound and many many others his friends. They worked well with him and he enjoyed most every second of his time there.
There were tough times of course. But all he ever really expressed was his love of the city. His passion to make it grow and become better. Sadly he couldn't continue that after this great war. I know that JewishJake really respected my father and enjoyed having him as a RH. My father wrote many things about JewishJake and how he enjoyed that family and its members. But really, the city felt like one giant family to him.
I know many will ask, "Why didn't you follow in your fathers footsteps and work in St. Louis?". Well, bloodlines don't always have to follow their father. There are oppurtunities else where and sometimes change is good. But I know that through my fathers journals that I will always have a little regret when it comes to not choosing to work there. But time will go on. I just hope I can still get to know and meet those same men and women my father called his friends. |

Salvatore, looks at the son of the man that made him. Literally.
He was a man of honor. A man of respect. A man of huge worthiness and huge potential not to only run a family but a city. He looked out for his family members and was strict to his members to keep them from stepping out of line. Even though my father made a small mistake it was a mistake that deserved punishment. And punishment he got. However, I still went back to work for your father. Why? Because he was a close friend who needed me and I needed him.
Your father and I spoke to each-other alot, (not in that way people) but if it wasn't for the better of the family for the city. Your father and I went way, way, back when we were -BGJ's family before he GF'ed and I moved in with the GF's family. And our friendship started back then.. Now your father was someone I could always speak to be it in on a humble level, whether it was that I needed advice on something, or that I wanted to experience something, (again not in that way people). Even though your father stunk like hell and didn't usually wash for a couple weeks at a time. The family and city stuck to him like glue and people always wanted to be around him wherever he went.. You know why? Because he gave out free candy to kids whilst he was in the back of a van.. But seriously, you're father was awesome.. And when I woke up the next morning to find that he died.. Well, let's just say I lost a close, close friend. |

When i started to get older i heard more and more stuff about Batman and after my dad was gunned down i started to take his place and i came back to batmans family and he was a great as my dad told me he was. Then i went home for the night and woke up the next morning and found out that Batman got gunned down like my father did. I was mad but there was nothing i could do at the time. Its hard to talk about this so i am going to but we lost alot of friends great ones but everything happens for a reason and this will come out to be a great life im am going to live this time.... Madara stumbles out of an ally way clutching a cardboard box over-flowing with knocked off comemarative Batman memorabilia. Noticing he has a gathered crowd now staring at him he straitens up and readjusts his mask.
I worked both for and with Batman, Since he was given the auth to buy keys to his own cave. The day he tricked out his Bat-Kart and realised black spandex and a thrilly cape... All of which are now on sale here, just $5 eachMadara starts handing out batman bobble heads and signed copies of "Batman presents: KAPOW! Now thats what i called chilled music vol.3" 12" records ...was the way to go. My blood line was still new to these shores myself even newer. However mr Wayne invited me to what might be mistaken by some as a game of chess Madara has a flash-back to winning a game of chess, then another... He snaps out of his day dream, returning to the crowd he had began speaking to
I didn't have a fancy blood-line to use to prove myself, i was still learning much about how things worked, however Batman gave me oportunity and backing to help me develop into a better mafioso. It is indeed a shame he is no longer with us in body but regardless his spirit will continue to live on for as long as there are people alive who remember him. For those of you who never did speak with him im sure you can relate to the sentiment with regards to your own fallen comrades, However, all is not lost... Madara points at the cowboy hat, waits for everybodies attention to be on the hat and sneakily takes the cowboy's snake skin wallet out his back pocket and slips it into his box of batman memorabilia
Theres a new alien pewin sheriff in town =)
Madara skips off down the road counting the $$$ in the wallet, pauses, scratches his head and turns back..slowly walking upto the spacecowboy he empties the wallet of it's $1.25 which was clearly meant to be busfare takes off the cowboy's hat drops the money in, puts the hat back onto the cowboy and walks off again with the wallet |

Harmony bows her head to listen to SpaceCowboy talk. Taking a sheet of ripped off journal from her mother she smiles as she reads it.
Between you and my mother it seems like I know your father quite well. It appears that your father had an issue with commitment or he never would have put off that marriage proposal until it was too late
Harmony smiles over at SpaceCowboy.
Either way my mother was always proud to call your father her friend. My far away ancestor was just as proud to work underneath him. I hope he rests well with the angels. |

THE_SINGER takes a moment to read the journal entry of Batman. It was in a somber note he had to listen to what Space Cowboy had read. Batman was more than a friend to THE_SINGER and his bloodline, Batman was a brother. There was no thick and thin it just was the existance of a brotherhood that exceeded even the greatest of loyalties throughout Mafiareturns History. Batman there was no doubt a legend, a myth, a Hero. |

As Sammy listens to SpaceCowboy and smiles as she remembers all the good times her bloodline has shared with the famous Batman.
Your father is a great man and has achieved so much in his life time. My own bloodline started out right next to him back in the old city of New York, throwing beer at eachother in the family coffee house. Sammy giggles remembering those moments. My bloodline is very fond of him and looks up to him as a good leader. He always did the best for his family and looked out for every member he had. His death was also the one that hit me the hardest, I couldn'tbelieve it when I read it in the Obits that night. However each day is a new day and you will find your place back up at the top, having a family of your own in no time at all as you have the same heart as your father. I have the greatest respect for you and will you luck hun. |

Kip had listened to what had been said and had to agree with sentiments.
Your father was indeed a great man. It is difficult to know what to say without repeating what has already been said. I have a lot of respect for him, and i can only hope you will follow his examples as you grow in this world.
Batman will be missed and may your serve his memory well.
Kip then disappears into the crowd. |
