The Makings of a Leader Started by: Jax- on Oct 25, '11 10:39

A lot has already been said above, and some very good points have been raised.

In my personal opinion, a good leader should be able to interact in a much much better way with his crew members. HE needs to have a big heart and a lot more open minded as a stubborn and narrow minded individual always gives his interests a priority. It is just not about speaking in the streets, as it is human nature , that some speak more and some speak less, speaking is an art in itself, but for a leader it should be about safeguarding interests of his crew members, then take it in streets or coffee shops or among other leaders or business deals.

More then that ,for every leader what matters is people that work for him and under him, if they respect him then it is a job well done. And to earn their respect it is important that a leader always has an upper hand in all the aspects skills of our world.

Being a Crew leader or godfather should be the most difficult and more importantly dangerous positions in this thing of ours. Perhaps in the past too many leaders, once in position have dug in, curbing there ambition, for fear of losing what they have.

Perhaps stagnation grows when too many deals and hand shakes or made in back ally coffee shops instead of in the streets.

A good leader should shoot for the stars or die trying. Otherwise it's all surly a waste of time.
