I would invest a good chunk of that into various stocks Would pay off the debts me and family members have buy out a couple other homes to rent them out get a raising canes franchise and an In-N-Out as well I would create a high school program for youth who can’t afford quality materials to be able to obtain them I would start a mentorship program for young men & women who desire to be successful to meet with a professional in their field to gain knowledge of the field |

| I would pay off my debt. Then I would look to invest some money in a business. Possible buy an existing business with good cash flow. No reason to reinvent the wheel. Just make some reacurring income | |

Id Buy a Large piece of property, and build homes for me and my 2 boys. After that Id invest whatever was left. |

Don't forget about property taxes, people. I'd spend 500K max on a house, and throw the other $500k in a CD. I'm not gambling with it in an investment, and at least the CD will guarantee me 25K a year in interest. Assuming you have nothing additional saved to add to it, a mil isn't enough to retire on. I'll take my free house and 25,000 per year raise. |
