Reviewing the BG situation reveals that we already have people at the cap, therefor the cap will not be lowered for November. We will revisit this in one month. |

There are still accounts at or very near the cap, the cap does not look like it needs adjusting. We will revisit this the next time there is a game changing war, or once a month, which ever comes first. |
