Tony is woken up abruptly by the sound of blarring police sirens outside is bedroom window tony stardled and still in a haze grabs his shotgun from a hitch underneath his bed with his heart pounding faster and faster he slowly makes his way to the window and presses his back up against the wall as he slowly uses the gun barrel of the shotgun to pull back the curtain Tony looks through the small crack in the curtain he lets out a sigh of relief to his neighbors being pulled out of their house and thrown into to the back of police wagons and several  officers grabbing case after case of alcohol of the garage Tony steps back from the window and puts the shotgun back underneath the bed and heads to the bathroom to brush his teeth and take a shower

         an hour passes by as Tony steps out of the bathroom and heads to the closet to put on a new black and white custom made suit and and pair of custom made black and white wing tipped shoes Tony fixes his tie in the floor length mirror next to the closet then walks over and kneels down next to his nightstand he bows his heads and whispers a prayer he then reaches under the drawer in his nightsand and pulls a pistol thats strapped to the side of the nightstand Tony stands up and slides the pistol into the back of his pants into the small of  his back Tony stands up and steps back into to view of the mirror and fixes his jacket and tie then leaves the room

          as Tony reaches the front door the phone rings Tony heads over and picks up the phone and answers "Who is This?!" a voice aswers back " Is that how you answer your mother?" Tony sighs and says "I'm sorry ma i didn't know it was you......what do yoou need ma.........I'm Late for a appointment? She says "I know where your going!!.....your going to meet that man aren't you?!" Tony stutters "Hhhh......hhoo......how did you know that ma?!! She sighs and says worriedly "Listen to me Tony i wan't you to stay away from that man and whoever else he is associated with....do you hear me?!......that.....that gang is nothing but trouble and you'll just end up dead like your grandfather,your father, and your three brothers!! her voice crackles "I always wanted the best for you...and your going to destroy everything you worked for! Tony hesitates for a minute then says "Listen to me ma i am not doing this just for me i am doing this for you and the family i want to able to put food on the table and not worry about the lights being cut off because having to choose whether or not if we eat or pay the bills.....I just want MY family to live comfortably and not have to worry about how I'm goin to pay the bills or how i feed my family........we need the money i want my kids to taken care where if they ask for something they can have it without hesitation i want to be abe to walk down the street and be respected instead being laughed at!!.......I am reviving a legacy......so to speak" theres dead silence over the phone "Ma you still there?! she answers disappointedly "I'm still here.......your father tried the same thing your about to do and looked at what happened  to him!! Tony answers "What happened to dad was an accident he was hit by a stray bullet meant for another man he died protecting and providing for the family he was respected he had everything placed at his feet.......remember granddad when he walked down the street everybody moved out of his way and was respected by everyone and when he spoke his words carried weight that would break a lesser mans jaw!.........ma i want to know that feeling i want that power and respect and i am willing to pay the price for it!!!.............i'll be fine ma do not worry about me!!! her voice starts to break uncontrollably "Well if i cant change your mind then go ahead and do what your going to do!! Tony says in a calming voice "Ma....ma.......ma calm down nothing is going to happen to me i will be look after by a strong family and you and everyone else will be looked after by me i'll be a force to reckoned with i can feel it ma......don't worry everything will be fine and come and see after the meeting ma ok? there is a long pause before she answers "My son listen to me....and listen to me carefully don't come to me when your world comes crashing down on your head.....ok?!.................And if you go to that meeting then Don't even bother to come over here!! and before Tony can respond she hangs up the phone Tony stands there a few moments still holding the phone a moment passes then Tony finally  snaps back to reality and hangs up the phone and sets it back  on the table and picks up his keys he walks towards and says to himself  "It's time to bring back the family name..........i'm gonna be somebody" Tony walks out the door and heads to his meeting
