Giuliano's car comes screeching round the corner as he turns up late. Typical he thought to himself the only day his driver has ever called in sick and he is due to get auth and the replacement driver doesn't know his left from right. If it wasn't such a happy occasion he would of shot him in the head but he was feeling generous. Just as he stepped out his car Godfather Chade is finishing his speech. He steps out the car and heads over to make his announcement.

As you have heard Godfather Chade has given me keys for my own Headquarters. I would like to thank him for this opportunity and I aim to make Las Vegas proud. As you all know the last week or so has been a drain on us all so this is part of the reconstruction process.

As we speak Town Hall is finishing up the contract where I will be heading a new 'company' the Boulder Dam Construction Company. As head of the company I don't believe in machinery and I will solely rely on the human works to assist me with all my business ventures.

I would like to thank the other heads of Las Vegas for allowing me to setup my 'company'. I look forward to working with you all and I look forward to welcoming you all to Las Vegas.

While I am here I will quickly talk about recruiting into this 'company'. Everyone that joins my 'company' will go through an interview process to make sure they have what we are looking for. Career progression is down to the work ethic and meeting set standards. I hope that clears everything up for any potential employees. If any new recruits have any questions feel free to ask myself or 'company' directors once they are set.

I would love to stay and talk but I have some formalities to complete at Town Hall.

He checks his watch before barking orders at his new driver, before jumping in the car as it screeches away leaving a train of dust as he heads to the Town Hall.

I must say, there are not many times when I can truthfully say that I'm genuinely happy that someone has been given the nod by their leader to set up shop in one of the various cities and conduct their own business. Fortunately for me, this is one of those times.

Giuliano, you've continually proven that you are a very hard worker. Time and time again you've proven yourself to be a valuable member of "our thing", and this opportunity that you've been given today by Godfather Chade only gives testament to your dedication.
