Since Battlefield 3 has released I have been very dissapointed, promised top notch graphics and unbelievable gameplay only to get sub par graphics with a flashy lightning system and horrible textures and a campaign not doing so well in reviews.

I am going to pre-order MW3 this week hoping it will be just as great as MW1 & MW2 if not better. Im not a fanboy hating on BF3 but my eyes see what they see, it's not that great of a game, 4-5 shots to kill someone sniping...what the hell, thats worse than Homefront (2 shots), and yes hitting everytime, unless you get a headshot which then it will be 1 shot 1 kill.


Sledgehammer will be working on MW3 this time around tagged with the Infinity Ward brand, so you never know what may come of the new installment.

Doesn't matter. Counterstrike 1.6 is all time winner followed by Battlefield 2.

Battlefield 3 is gonna come as best FPS 2011, battlefield 3 is the best game this year, great graphics,  great gameplay, great online, good singleplayer :)

Modern warfare 3 looks really good but so does Battlefield 3

Considering MW3 hasnt released on consoles its hard to declare BF3 better.

I haven't been able to play BF3 yet thanks to EA's horendus Origin service - more than a little peeved about that.

Haven't played a COD game since MW2 and have no plans to play another reskined money grab.

Interesting point on the flashy lighting Cav, I played the beta (yeah I know this isnt the finished article,hence,beta) but I couldnt focus at all during it, I really thought if I kept playing, and epileptic fit would have been the result. I'll rent it out and try for real, I absolutely loved Battlefield 2, only stopped playing that as I kept getting booted back to the main screen during multiplayer, I was looking well forward to this actually, but that lighting has well put me off.

Keith, I was referring to Battlefield Bad company 2, we all called that Battlefield 2 right enough.

Loved it, especially the online, but fell out with it due to that crazy booting to the main menu.

Just sold my copy of Battlefield 3....like I said the lighting was nice but horrible textures and I started to have to snipe people twice in the head with the svd98 which fires a 7.62 round...so Im paying down on MW3 tommorow, hopefully it doesnt dissapoint.
