Sonny left the Stargazers HQ with plans already formulating in his head. With Godfather Fluffy's authorization he had been permitted to set up his own crew on the Las Vegas Strip. He would need to select reliable men, men he could trust his life with, to fulfill the hand positions in his new family. Driving to his lavish Las Vegas apartment he made some calls. First he purchased a prime plot of land using the proceeds from his Cuban adventures. Next he organized the construction of a new casino, a place for the new crew to call home. Sonny was confident he would make the casino a success, as a legitimate front for his criminal enterprise.

Many weeks of frantic activity passed before Sonny called a sit down with his two most trusted men. He sat patiently waiting, watching as the work crews added the final touches to their new HQ. A dark Cadillac pulled into the buildings car park, and two fedora wearing mafiosos climbed out. Sonny embraced them both warmly, offering them a Cuban cigar and a light. The trio stood outside the swanky new casino and puffed on their cigars. A serving girl brought out a bottle of expensive champagne and poured them each a glass. 

"The time has come my friends. Tonight will be the grand opening of the Outfit Casino, and with it this thing of ours will have another family to add to the mix," Sonny spoke with his heavy New York accent. 

"With Godfather Fluffy's blessing we have been granted this opportunity," Sonny continued.

"What's with all the suspense," quipped BigEasy with his usual cheeky grin. 

"Yeah Sonny, I think you've been spending too much time around Meyer and Lucky," laughed Jammin.

"You two guys always gotta break my balls," Sonny responded with a smile, "Fine, fine fine, I wouldn't have it any other way."

"Welcome to the newly established Las Vegas Outfit HQ," with a gentle push Sonny led them into the grand entrance.

The high ceiling room was furnished in marble and sectioned off with heavy glass, to their front lay the casino area, where denizens would gamble their life savings away. To their left was the bar, restaurant and stage where visitors could eat, drink and dance their nights away. To the right and protected by a group of Sonny's bodyguards lay the entrance to their Head Quarters. The three walked towards the Head Quarters, following a maze of corridors they finally sat down at a heavy oak desk in Sonny's new office and began to plan how they would establish The Las Vegas Outfit.
