Lotta steps out onto the streets after not seeing the light of day for the whole weekend. Her red hair is out of sorts and her face speaks of lack of sleep.

Looking around the streets at all the people sweeping up and rebuilding their lives again, she smiles. People were so resiliant, it amazed her sometimes.

Clearing her throat, she speaks

Good day to you all.

I first and foremost would like to thank those of you who helped Philadelphia avenge the death of our dear Cassi. It was heartbreaking to us to lose her, she was such a special gem and we will NEVER forget all she did for us.

Her death has left a huge hole in our hearts and our city. A hole I intend to fill. I am out here to announce that I will be taking over as acting city head in Philly, with Tonks remaining as under boss. I have some pretty big shoes to fill, but I will work my ass off to do my best. I will work hard for my city and for the benefit of this Thing of Ours. I look forward to getting to know you all and invite you to come into #fringe and get to know me and my family.

Pharol subtly raises his "Go Philly" sign, then slowly lowers it as the crowd around him stares.

It's true, there is a gap where Cassi used to be, but I'm absolutely positive that Ms. BEssen has just the right stuff to fill those shoes. Maybe not the same shoes, because I hear Cassi had freakishly large feet; but similar shoes.

Pharol hands the sign to a stranger next to him and walks off.

I know this was not the way you wanted to become the City Head of Philly, but I am sure you will do a great job in rebuilding the City of Brotherly Love. Anything St. Louis can do for you don't hesitate to ask. I wish you well on behalf of the entire city of St. Louis.

The_Bearjew steps out of the shadows with his trusty baseball bat on his shoulder and prepares to speak.

"Well Lotta i gotta say I've only talked to you a couple time but its great to see youi taking over I'm sure you'll do a great job.

The city of Philadelphia has been hit very hard during the recent wars, as have many. While the city looks weak now i have confidence that you will bring the city back up to the top. I wish you the best of luck on this new venture, hopefully this will be the start of something beautiful.

It is always sad to see leaders gunned down in a war they weren't much apart of. But I'm glad to see that Philly has not faultered. It has stayed strong and got right back on path to making a great city. 

Since the day Grif died Philly has been in a bit of a rut. But I hope that there will be an ensuing time of peace after these recent wars. This will give every city the chance it needs to become better and stronger. 

I wish you the best of luck LottaBessen. You and the city of Philly.

The city of Philadelphia need not fret. It seems though once thought falling has begun its rise once more. Under Lotta and Tonks along with the citizens of Philly I look forward to beginning the rise and rebuilding, much of it seems to be already underway.

Though we may dig through dust and ash we will rise as unified and strong as ever. The city of Philadelphia is still open for business and still stands proud. I know I couldn't be more proud of the things I see coming together.

I have absolutely no doubts you'll do us all proud and fill those rather huge shoes Pharol mentioned. God they're enormous. Cassi really should have got that looked at. :/

It was devastating to see our leader gunned down in a war in which we were innocent observers,but now is the time to rebuild.With all of us pulling in the same direction im sure we can take this city to new heights.I intend to work myself into the ground until this has happened in honour of the fallen.

I guess hiding in the shadows fingers to ears, during a time of all out war isn't the best tactic to avoid death.

I know the city hasnt' quite risen to its feet since Godfather Grif died but I wish you well, and I look forward to seeing what you can do with this honour.

Tonks stands by Lotta as she talks and listens, nodding when the time is so.  As she looks at the crowd is growing she see all of the support the city of Philly is getting, and is so proud to be a part of the city.

Lotta, you have my support, and I am so sure that you and I will have no problem in building Philly up into something greater than it has been yet.  We have worked together in this city for quite some time, and we have became so very close.  If any two women could bring this city back, it would be us!  Now lets push our feet forward, and have our wonderful family and friends, together help us build an amazing empire.

SuperDuke stood next to Lotta with his hands behind he back. She had just finished speaking, and turned to smile to her crew all around her. SuperDuke returned the smile. He pulled out a bottle of Champaign, shook it vigerously, and poped the cork. Duke watched as it flew out into the crowded streets and most liskey poking someone in the eye. Duke giggled as he placed his thumb over the bottle opening, and continued to shake it. He throughly sprayed Lotta, and his fellow crew members.

Congratualtions Lotta! It is an honor to be working for you, and i can't wait to see what you can do with the great city of Philidelphia!

Feeling parched SuperDuke reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a bottle of Dr. PepperDuke. He opened it, and drank down half the bottle.

AHHHH, nothing refreshes me better than Dr. PepperDuke.

Engineer randomly swings about with his wrench, letting out a grin as he finds that no spies are attempting to sap or stab him. He returns to idly slapping the metal tool against the palm of his hand as he speaks.

Ain't it a pleasure to hear that some pretty gal will be stepping in place to fill some cowboy boots left by a bigger lady. I give you a mighty praise for tryin' to do such a feat. It ain't a one-man show runnin' a city, it takes an entire team workin' together for that control point.

If you ever need an erection of dispensers, or maybe a fine lookin' telelporter, come find me. Don't be wearing no ski-mask or actin' funny either! 'Amn spies...

Its always difficult when someone close to our heart is lost, especially a figure head who has helped guide a city through troubled times.
