I am not sure if this has been discussed or actualy exists and i am unaware but i think we should have an option to delete posts we have made within the past minute. Now i can see problem with being able to delete posts and that is why there is the one minute rule. This would be only if you made a typo. I can see problems with this and i just wanted to hear opinions. |

If this is easy to code, this sounds like an excellent idea. Great suggestion, in my opinion. |

Good idea, I'm not sure someone would regret what they posted in a minute and hurry to remove it, so it wouldn't really be used for that. |

Yes the only issue i can think of which should not occur with the one minute rule is someone abusing it and changing words in an argument resulting in the opposite side looking guilty and having a war. That may have sounded complicated but i hope you guys understand. |

I agree with this idea, or ideas similar (such as being able to edit within the minute). it is annoying when you make a post, think its great, but realise there is a mistake immediately. Yes, some pedantic people might say 'but if you make a mistake when speaking, you cant delete it', but that is just a stupid argument...I completely agree that the admin team should look into an idea such as this one. |

I don't agree with being able to edit or delete posts within a minute - it can open up a can of worms if you're able to alter your words in an ongoing argument even if it's only a minute window.
You should be able to delete or edit an original thread of it being posting though. I know people will say 'moanmoanmoan do it in backalley first' but mistitled threads, threads in wrong forums, bad formatting would all be a trivial problem game staff wouldn't have to deal with if users could sort it out in a 60s time frame. |

Sprozz- what would people edit within 60 seconds of it being posted? I know that once an argument starts things can get controversial and people may try to edit what they said... but not within 60 seconds. 60 seconds is like "Oh shit, I messed up the formatting", not "Hmmm, people got mad at what I was saying and I should probably change this". As long as you make the titles locked in, so people aren't posting titles like "Sprozza smells like cheese" and having it post in #divinelunacy before changing it, I can't see how this would be abused. |

Or maybe there would be a button so you could see what was originally posted so as not to create confusion. |

Or my "Preview Thread" Suggestion. :) |

I would prefer a preview option rather than edit. You can't unsay something, but you can think it through first |
