I'm pretty sure you get them from Whacking threads in the back alley? But, what I don't understand, is when you post one, you get plus one. When you whack one, you get minus one. So technically, you should never go into the minus, as your only taking away threads, you've created. . . No? |

You don't get credit for every forum you post in. For example, you don't get credit for posting in the Outside forum or your Back Alley. Therefore if you post in the Outside forum and it gets swept by a cleaner, you'll be docked one thread. If you post in your Back Alley and then sweep it yourself, you'll be docked one thread. So be wary if you've got tons of Back Alley threads. Deleting them all will alter your thread count. |

Thanks for a bit of clarification but I'm still confused as to how it becomes a negative number. I've posted around 10 Back Alley and 4 Street and 4 HQ threads, I've wacked most of the Back Alley threads and ended up with a negative number of original threads. How can I end up with negative? If it only docks 1, it should just negate that thread I posted and therefore can never get below 0? |

Rhuarc, When you post in the back alley or the outside, it does not count as a +1. Therefore, when you wack it (hahahaha, I know), it doesn't make it 0, it makes it -1. So if you post one thread ever in the back alley, then delete it, you'll be at -1 because it never counted that back alley thread as +1. I hope this is clearer. |
