I think that there should be a option to turn on whether the person you kill can see you or not,

PROS: If it's personal, you can show it, or if you have nothing to hide, or a message to send. (besides whispers)

CONS: You can just whisper, code

Regardless of if a person see's you before they die or not, they are dead so it doesn't matter. I don't think this is a good idea.

So would there still be Witness Statements?
