Bud looks up to the sky and sees that its dark. Then notices the Clown speaking. Bud walks up to the front.
I agree with you Mr. Clown. If theres chaos, then things are unorganized. If things are unorganized,
then we are unorganized. But we are an Organized Crime Syndicate. We need structure.
Bud looks around, seeing he probably has everyone lost. He smiles and chuckles abit.
Basically, what im saying is I understand and agree one-hundred percent. |

I wouldn't really say the streets have descended into chaos, I much prefer to say it has too 'excited'. Amongst your rambling Clown, I would like to spew some of my own shit on the streets themself. With new change and regime amongst new rules to abide by, it would seem people have taken freedom of speech a little too far. The last couple of days there has been way too much shit spewed onto the streets. There needs to be a bit of balance and order come into force. I am fed up with wasting time listening to worthless speeches and even more shitty replies. I am fed up of seeing people 'echoing' what others have said, how about some fucking originality? I am fed up with seeing associates being dis-respectful to button men and even leaders themselves. I love seeing the streets buzzing with life but please make it worthwhile! |

Either chaotic or "excited" there are a lot of things being done in the streets that in all sense should not be allowed. However, people here as well as in other alleys of the streets are beginning to notice this and discuss this. And talking about the problem is the first step into correcting the problem ourselves. (I feel like Dr. Phil saying that but it's true.) |

What is reality is reality is but an illusion?
I myself recite the following questions or statements whilst I go about my daily business. It keeps my head straight.
“The only time they appear human is when you have a knife at their throats. The instant you remove it, they fall back into animality. Obscenity.”
“I would never say, to justify a lapse in principle, "I am only human"--as though that were some kind of justification for weakness, moral weakness. Flesh and blood is much, much stronger than fools believe.”
“Everyone in prison has an ideal of violence, murder. Beneath all relationships between prisoners is the ever-present fact of murder. It ultimately defines our relationship among ourselves.”
“I cannot be critical of an infant whose only possible source of nourishment can be found in the dugs of a wolf.” |

Creeper pauses and makes sure he really has his thoughts all together before responding to his Bosses speach.
Well if I wanted to get somebody to really grow into a certain type of behaviour. Either it be some behaviour they usually seem to show or something they don't. I would never extinguish how somebody acts. People are the way they are. You can either deal with it or you can not allow them in your family. But to try to extinguish who they are is just something I can't do.
In order to make their good behaviours grow I would give them tasks to influence these behaviours and try to make them show more. Make the person act that way when with something productive. What else would you really do? Reward? That is just foolish. You are training them to expect something in return for any work they do.
Do I believe people don't deserve rewards for hard work? No. But to reward them for every little thing or to just train them like you would a dog isn't the way to go. Some may do that and it is your choice. But I would never do that.
People come up with many ways to help others flourish and do great things. But the best way to do that is to make them feel important by giving them tasks and things of that nature.
If you're a leader I'm sure you all have your own unique ways of helping your members show their greatest features and talents. You will always come up with a way to help your family behave in the right way and perform better than others.
All I know is that I motivate myself to behave and perform the best I can using my better talents.
Great speech Boss, I'm glad that we have some new speeches that aren't crap spewing from somebodies mouth or just pure chaos. It is good to see such a speech and hopefully some stability will come to this community and the streets. |

"It is when our logic fails that we resort to our most basest form, we kill, we lie and we cheat. We force the pattern to our will but then is that a rational way to succeed."
A very good question. We have been going by similar rules such as these for years and years. Starts to become a habbit and engraved into your head. I wouldn't say these traits always results in chaos.
"How is it possible that we can foster some rationality into our lives and groom the next generation amongst us to behaviour that's fits with our chosen 'organised' profession?"
I would say after seeing such a big change around these streets that its about time for more communication and having cities working together to make a change. Its not a secret or conspiracy that leaders of the eight cities are having meetings to discuss a future plan and get ideas. I would say thats a damn good start to a change. Ive also noticed a lot more visits and new faces flocking the streets with stories, ideas and competitions. Communication goes a long way,it could always change many lives to live for something new and meet new friends and allies.
