So, you say that us Crewleaders are killing this world? More people are leaving because of us and we are not retaining those that come to our shores after seeing adverts of the 'great new land'. I cannot do anything to stop you leaving. If you are too lazy and unmotivated to remove me and my besties, that is your own problem but I can try and retain new bloodlines. My great grand pappy Scandia was in the process of trying to set up a specialist University to help all new members. He was shot down the night after arguments took place over it. Obviously, it was the last straw for some people. That does not mean the idea dies though, it just means it will have to be tweaked for now. I shall be giving a member of my family the responsibility to try and keep these new people here and teach them a few important rules of our land. She will also be helping people understand a certain few things that need to be reiterated among the new ones. She has my full support, anything that she asks from me shall be granted and has been given a free reign to run this how she wishes. This is, for now, coming entirely from me. If others wish to join then they shall obviously be welcomed with open arms. So, without further ado I give you Nadia to explain exactly what she will be doing. |

Nadia nervously steps up beside Bighead, she raises her voice and starts to talk. I see mafiosos die every day. It's something you have to expect when you join the thing of ours. What I am interested in is why they die. Is it because they did something stupid with intention or was it just something they did because they didn't know better? It's unfortunate that newcomers to our shores have to die because of a mistake that could have easily been avoided if they only got the chance to learn a little bit more of our way of life. That is the main reason why I have chosen to accept this quest, I want to try and do something that would benefit us and the whole of our world. Make it more interesting, get some new opinions here and give them a greater chance of staying in this wonderful land. I have some Assistants that will help me accomplish this. I am sure they will introduce themselves in due course. We are going to contact new mafiosos and tell them some basic rules of ours. If anyone feels or think that they have some information or knowledge that might help, don't hesitate on talking to me. All help we get will hopefully create new and long living bloodlines. That is all for now! Nadia gives everyone a great big smile then starts to go back to her office for some relaxation. She has to be in great shape to be able to preform to her very best. |

It's always refreshing to see people willing to give something back to our way of life. Often such initiatives are met with warm words and then forgotten about, I hope everything goes well with it. If there is anything that Las Vegas can do to help please be sure to let me know. |

Just for clarification. This is not me whoring members. Anyone who wishes to think so can continue to dream. I have 5 places left in my HQ. These 5 places will go to the people who mail me. No-one will get a place in my family without mailing myself or my RH without telling me about themselves and their aims. Just to add. When I reach 25 members I will not be extending my HQ until I feel we have got a tight knit bunch of people and we are well enough acquainted to trust each other. The structure should then be in place to welcome new ones into a place they can call home. |
