| Abbey Tavern - A Bit of Ireland in Las Vegas | Started by: HighSociety on Nov 19, '11 15:44 |

High Society knew that his Pub back home was one of the oldest in Ireland and was the ideal place for lunch or a light evening meal, or just to relax with friends. With good drinks, great music, and space for all the county, The Abbey Tavern was truly a shining clover. High Society recalled the Tavern like it was only yesterday when he last stepped foot on that cobblestone….The Abbey Tavern nestled against the ancient ruins of Howth Abbey, which dated back to the 11th century. The picturesque scenery of mountain and sea, with the beautiful fishing harbor and jewel-like islands of Lambay and Ireland's Eye below made the Abbey Tavern an ideal spot in which to spend an evening in the genuine atmosphere of old Ireland.
High Society stepped up on to his box of soap very exicited with his news.
Ladies and Gentleman, I am proud and honored to present to you what i hope will be the premier establishment here in Las Vegas, with the exception of my casino, which will be built around us in the coming months! The Abbey Tavern is a recreation of that perfect bar back in Dublin. The one where all the locals go after a hard day on the docks. The place where you walk in, you don't know a soul, but you're still a friend to all the people. Yes, I have brought a bit of Ireland back here to Las Vegas, for all of us to enjoy.
As you enter our pub, you will be struck by old world charm, authenticity and simplicity, nestled in the bustling streets of Las Vegas. No gimmicks needed here, just original stone walls, flagged doors, and blazing turf fires for those cold autumn nights. Truly a warm welcome. We are a fully functioning bar and restraint, open 7 days a week. Why not try our all day bar food menu, or perhaps join us for dinner in our upstairs restraint, the Loft Bar and Grill.
Come on down to Las Vegas and stop by The Abbey Tavern. It is an experience unlike any other in Las Vegas, even the roar of the roulette wheel! |

Ha ha ha. I'm quite certain my dear friend, we have enough to support the whole irish nation. It is a feat in itself to be able to store that much alcohol haha |

Enough to support the whole Irish nation, eh?
For the simple fact that you haven't bankrupted yourself in achieving this, I will come to your fine establishment and drink my weight in Guinness. |
