I would like to see implemented, a list appear when Jailbreaking in a city, of active jailbreakers in that city. Say, anyone who has JB'd in the last 10 minutes in Las Vegas, and only in Las Vegas, shows on this list.

Philly would show philly JB'ers, etc...

Where is your reasoning for this? WHy do you want to see this. What effect will this have on the game? What are the pros? The cons? You just told us what you would like and gave no explanation on how it would help the game as a whole.

My reasoning is, i'd like to know who i am jailbreaking with. I want this because, I want to see a list of active jailbreakers in my city. The effect it will have on the game is, It will allow everyone to see active jailbreakers in a city. The pro's are.. You Can See Active Jailbreakers, In A City...

One con might be, if you are just mooching off jails, you'd be busted!

How it helps the game? I think it adds more to the community aspect. You see who your jailing with, interface with them. MM them and say BMO if you see me please! From an 'RP' standpoint, it makes sense to. If you are breaking someone out of prison, and others are there with you breaking people out of prison, it only makes sense that you know who they are. You wouldnt break 50 people out of prison and not see one another..
