The Gun felt heavy, you loosen your tie in an effort to save yourself from over heating and wipe your forehead of sweat, you knew this was'nt gonna be easy, it's never easy killing your best friend.

It's a cold and wet day, reports of heavy rain and fog bombard the news stand as you make your way over to Mafia Mike's Bar and Grill. You near your destination remebering how scared Mikey sounded on the phone when he requested you and Johnny to see him immediatly, not knowing what Mikey had in store for you keep walking thinking to yourself "Hmm. what's he want today? A hit performed? Drug-Running? Insurance Fraud? or maybe he's just bored" but your thoughts are quickly interupted by a hand grabbing you on the shoulder and turning you around to face the assailant.

"Wow easy there Tiger it's me Mikey!"

you sigh in relieve.

"Jesus Mikey, I was just on my way to your Bar"

Mikey looks over your shoulder before facing you again.

"Nah, FBI got that place on the lock, anyway that's not why called you, Johnnys already waiting for us at Luigies house lets get a move on c'mon"

You follow Mikey up the road and a few corners to an old abandond appartment building, something did'nt seem right...

"In here" Mikey says as he opens the door to the first floor and walks straight under the stairs to the basement.

"One Moment Mikey, just gotta tie my shoe" you say as you load your Revolver, hoping you didnt need to use it, you put the last bullet in, and place the Revolver in your jacket, somehow you knew it was going to get Messy.

You make your way down the Basement where Mikey disapeared, you hear a few groans and whispers but apart from that it was quiet...

"Mike?" you wait for a response nothing.....

"Over here" you turn to see Mikey standing next to a door

"Mikey, whats going on?" you ask him in a shaky voice

"Johnny" he replies as he opens the door

"What about him?" your fear turns into curiosity

"He's a Rat, Johnnys the Rat that got Paolo locked up!" he says nudging towards the door

"What, no,no,no Johnnys been with me the whole time he could'nt of....."

You look up at Mikey, he's staring dead into your eyes.

"You, you think im in it to?"

Mikey takes a deep breath before answering your question

"Paolo does, but he said the only way to prove your not, is to kill Johnny"

Your heart sinks all the way to your toes, Johnny your best friend, the one you grew up with, who was there for you in your time of need, one of the only men in this world you'd die for is a rat.

Without another word you head towards the door looking up at Mikeys sad face, he understood the pain you felt, but everyone knew the price of disloyalty. You enter the room which had one light bulb hanging of the ceiling, walls with chunks of brick were missing all around, and in the middle of this dark, shabby room you see a chair in the middle of the room, a chair which Johnny was tied to.

Johnny looks up at you for a few seconds, before looking back at the floor, he knew what was to come, without any second thoughts you pull the 44. Magnum from your Jacket and aim it straight for Johnnys Head.

"I'm so Sorry.." you say as you blast away Johnnys brain all across the Brick Walls, throwing his Body and the Chair down to the floor, you hear footsteps behind you as Mikey walks in looking at the bloody mess below. He pats you on the back saying the last word of the Night.

"Omerta"
