It's about that time again, lasted call on another lonely Sunday evening. The regulars order, the gents gather their ladies. Some familiar faces head out the door and warm up their rides, while the loyal bunch stays inside. "Let's end it on a low note, eh Kev?" Lemen begins to play the piano, Sal strums the guitar, while Lees tackles the bass. "We used to laugh, oh we used to cry We used to bow our heads then wonder why But now you're gone, I guess I'll carry on And make the best of what you've left to me Left to me, left to me" With a sad itch in his throat, he begins the refrain. "I need you Like the flower needs the rain You know I need you Guess I'll start it all again You know I need you Like the winter needs the spring You know I need you Oh, I need you" "And every day, I'd laugh the hours away Just knowing you were there thinking of me And then it came that I was put to blame For every story told about me About mee, about meee" "OOOOh, I need you Like the flower needs the rain You know I need you Guess I'll start it all again You know I need you Like the winter needs the spring You know I need you I need you." "Oh, I need you Like the flower needs the rain You know I need you Guess I'll start it all again You know I need you Like the winter needs the spring You know I need you Yes, I need you." The music fades, but the passion in Sal's heart doesnt. "This one is for you Eyzlee, baby doll..." |

It's another sunday night of karaoke and Eyzlee has come prepared. Last week Mr. Giaquinto had sang to her. It was a fantastic song, she even gave him a compliment after, but was replied with nothing. Monday came, no word from Sal, Tuesday came, nothing. The whole week continued like this. No secret admirer flowers or love cards, no drinks were bought for her at her local hang out places from mysterious handsome men. Nothing. If Mr. Giaquinto was going to sing for her again she would bring a date and show him what he was missing, maybe encourage him to pursue her a little stronger. As Eyzlee stepped out of the car she placed her arm around Renton's and the two of them walked into the club together. Eyzlee swooned at his charm, laughed at his jokes and bated her eye lashes when they had nothing to say. After a few people that sounded like half dead song birds excited the stage, Sal whispered in Kevin's ear and strummed his guitar. Who would have guessed? He ended the song with her name. Eyzlee participated in the clap that the audience gave Mr. Guiaquinto, but after that she nestled her head on Renton's shoulder and listened to the rest of the singers. |

Another beautiful albeit unconventional performance from you Mr. Giaquinto. As usual Ms. Eyzlee the first on the scene. I can't wait for the wedding. She obviously fancies you. |

Turning to Sal, Kevin whispers Beautiful man, simply beautiful. Why don't we take this show on the road? You could make millions, man. |
