Salvatore, steps out of the shadows with a piece of paper in his hand. The piece of paper contained the official documentation of St. Louis and it's plans for the future now with a new Godfather in hand. Salvatore, was excited for what was coming ahead for not just the future of St. Louis but also in terms of business for the other cities.

St. Louis used to be an extremely small city. Infact, the smallest out of the eight cities. Back in Roman's reign. Surviving many wars and much criticism St. Louis took it on the chin. And although we were the quietest city not many people took much notice of us. Instead, keeping an eye on Chicago and New-York. Now, yes St. Louis was quiet, we never had a problem with anyone. Never started a problem with any other city. Why? Because we weren't striving for ultimate power but striving to have the most successful families we could have in our city. Now, now we have slowly climbed the ranks and have become one of if not the biggest city out of all eight. Now in no way am I saying that we are the most powerful, in no way am I calling anyone out. What i'm saying is that i'm proud of my city. I'm proud of St. LOuis. Why? Because without taking any risks towards our families or focusing on other cities. We worked hard on ours and i'm hoping that we have slowly gained the respect of the other cities. With our new Godfather in place, we are know that there will be a lot of changes, But changes for the better. Ofcourse, there will be many competitions aswell as games coming up ahead. Hopefully a new casino, a party. But believe you me, the ideas were coming up are things that I guarantee you have never done before. I want to personally thank every single one of those in the great city of St. Louis. Especially the crew leaders:

Don Madara- Been a bro since day one and I know how passionate you feel for your family. For those of you in his family, you guys sure are lucky. 

Don JewishJake - Spoken with you a couple times. But those couple times I spoke with you I know that your an awesome guy who looks out for others before himself. A true CL quality.

WorldStrongestMan - You've just started up a family in St. Louis and I wish you all the best. You've got great hands by your side and I know they won't let you down. 

And also a message to those from the other cities. With Hound as Godfather, we hope that there's a fresh start in relations with the other cities. We look forward to working with you but I have to go now. Got loadss to plan for you guys.

Salvatore steps back in to the shadows and straight off to his office to get back to work.

Nana slowly stepped out into the street with her class of Snowball in hand and a pink crown crown upon her head and listened to the speech.

This is an great turn of events indeed!  Godfather Hound I congratulate you and I know this city is in good hands.  I also can't wait to see the goodies that are in store for us with the competitions and such.  I hope there will be sausages involved!

Nana took a sip of her Snowball and turned around to walk slowly back into the stairwell of her apartment building.

Murdoc builds up a slow clap at the end of Sal's speech.

Aye, Fresh starts ... who doesn't need a fresh start or two, or three ... or twenty three.

This start is off to well ... a definitely good start.

Change had to be made and change will continue to be made I'm sure of it.

I look forward to being a part of this new St. Louis and this new begining in this chapter of such a fantastic city!
