I believe that the people who organize the Organized Crimes (i.e., the plotter) should get a small bonus, say one two to percent, over what his normal division would be based on rank, due to the fact that they are not only using up their OC to help others make a profit, but taking a large portion of risk on their shoulders. Any questions, comments, or concerns are welcome to make this idea the best it can be.

Seeing as how I'd imagine in the mafia, the guy who sets it up takes a larger cut... I completely love this idea! I don't know what a fair amount more would be, but I definitely think as far as realism goes, this fits the bill for being realistic and doable as far as not throwing things out of balance.

The Organiser of the crime already gets a bonus in the way of not paying any tax on his earnings.
