Numbers4Glory makes his way to the streets. It had been another busy day at the office for him, with his responsibilities being stretched further by the fall of his associate in Los Angeles. Whilst the unprotected were watched over, he decided a new organization must be created to fill the void. Another fallen comrade, this time bighead of the Shining Lights. He shall be missed. It was a cruel trick of fate that he should point his weapon at an unsuspecting TestRank2, only to find when he had pulled the trigger, blood was trickling down his head. In light of this tragedy and the vacancies in many of the cities, we have decided to give his RHM, _Rhuarc_ the opportunity to replace bighead in Los Angeles. Besides being the second in command of bighead's operations, _Rhuarc_ has continually impressed my associates and I by satisfying the characteristics I outlined many weeks ago. This man has no affiliation to the CP speakeasy other than through his own hard work, loyalty and diligence in this life.
