Alone and on the edge, Sal sits by the pub top, sipping an ale. Leman puts his hand on his shoulder. "Almost last call, have it a go on the stage, for oldtime sake." He asks him. "It's getting late... we should probably head out." Sal replies. "The guys are here... one more song." Sal nods and they head to the stage. Leman begins to play, a tender tone echos from the piano. Head begin to turn to towards the stage, Sal gets a confidence beat, noticeable in his gentle tapping of the foot. "When the rain is blowing in your face And the whole world is on your case I could offer you a warm embrace To make you feel mmyy love." "When the evening shadows and stars appear And there is no one there to dry your tears I could hold you for a million years To make you feel mmyy love." Sal begins a passionate harmonica solo "Theres times I'm raging on a rolling sea And on the highway of regret And winds of change and blowing wild and freeeee You ain't seen nothing like me yeeett" "I could make you happy, make your dreams come true There's nothing that I would not do Go to the ends of the Earth for you To make yo feel mmyy love." Leman slows down on the piano. "There is nothing that I wouldn't do To make you feel my love" Sal wips away a little tear and gives humble bow. |
