FS ducked past bullets and dived behind concrete barriers.  Fallen comrades on his left and right, he was distraught.  His suit was covered in dust and blood, it was no longer just his tie was that was bright red. He took a moment to breathe and think.

Fuckin hell, what a day.  

He had woken up to a bullet hole next to his bedpost and crewmates dead in the HQ.  He took it as a sign to retaliate.  With reckless abandon he left the building and shot at the first person he saw.  Al-Bundy had turned his back for a moment, and though he knew it was long shot he knew he had to do it.  The bullet whizzed past him, but FS was able to relocate.  Upon arriving in Philly another bullet was shot his way.  2 near misses in one day, this is what had led to his current hiding position.

Perhaps this is a sign, he thought.  The divine must be telling him something.

And with a flash, he recalled a note from his family's diaries.  Not so long ago the idea of an Orgy City had been discussed, and his family had always loved the idea.  At the time, they had no good way of making it happen, but this was clearly a sign that it was time to make it a reality.

FS dashed to a private flight and made his way back to DT.  Upon landing he headed straight for the center street of Bricktown.

"Hello fellow citizens" he declared, though no one was really looking.

"It is upon this day that I speak unto you the beginning of DT, Orgy City.  It is my calling to make this reality and a pleasure to do so.  We are simply here to exist.  The gods have shown me this is the way, and I have taken this as my calling to start this colony."
 

Picks up a nuclear warhead and throws it at Detroit. It's never really fully rebuilt anyways, so who cares?

As he drives by in his long stretch limousine he noticed the possible orgy... but then he noticed just like Knightrider noticed, the place was empty..

I was flying over Detroit in my private jet when I noticed something odd.. It was a city sign and there were no rules on it. I sat there and thought to myself. Now now now... you can't just have an orgy with no rules. We all know how that's gonna turn out... Broken hearts and dreams...

I then shut the blind on my window seat and nodded back to sleep, just praying I don't see no more disappointments on this 12 hour flight...

In addition to having the #7th and #10th best performing districts and the #11th and #15th most important speakers, how are you improving the ghost town Orgy city, Rufus? I've thought about visiting Detroit, but I've got a long memory and heard terrible stories about the public toilets over on 12th Street and don't even think about carrying any money around with you; it'll be snatched right outta your pocket before you even know what has hit you. I heard a former Godfather was buried in Bricktown shortly before they discovered that new hill right in middle of town. Are things better now?
