My understanding, as it is right now:

You may only invite your home city members and the residents of the city you are in to an Organized Crime. This makes sense from an RP perspective, but what about a perk that allows you to have extra "long legs" as it were and had the clout to be invited to OCs where you ordinarily would not be invited?

Say you're a member of PH, and a bunch of OCs are popping off in DT. DT is including NY and NY is including DT. You wanna join, but you can't- so you pop your Omnipotence perk and you can be seen in the city you're in and invited as if you were a resident of the city.

"Word of your value in OC's has gotten around and you're more likely to be invited to OCs with strangers for (7/14/30) days.

I recognize that this change may devalue the OC in some way as part of the challenge currently is finding eligible members, but at some times of the day this would drastically improve the ability for users to be able to use the feature, especially if they chain those perks together. It could also be priced accordingly to offset the ease to gain XP quicker.

Open to opinions.

OC's are generally slacked upon to begin with due to the 8 hour timeframe and home city+current city limitations, same with no present timer in the top right compared to all the petties and felonies and etc (I do think OC's should have a separate timer to show when you unlock it, the same way felonies do!) I think allowing others to join from outside of the main cities would be fine especially since the rewards of OC's generally isn't too outrageous.

Perhaps some limitations on who can join, or give outside joinees a lower % cut than those otherwise normally eligible? For instance, an OC in Chicago run by someone in LA has the normal cut % for CH and LA players, but if a NY player joins their cut is reduced by 10% of whatever their normal rank cut would be (20% as a Made Man normally, drops to 10%).

Perhaps this could cost Favors, since they seem to be in abundance with limited uses currently.
