Febrant had a gleam in his eyes, as he stood before everyone and smiled.

Good evening everyone.

He slightly cleared his throat a bit and then looked upon the crowd.

It is a very special night for the city of New Orleans, and instead of just making a simple announcement I would like to about the event that made it so special. I will attempt to keep it short as I know everyone here is very busy so without further waiting..

Febrant stood just a bit taller and began to tell reveal the events that had just unfolded.

Tonight the bitter winds beat on the trees making them kneel to the ground. Lightning had began to light up the New Orleans skies, and just as thunder shattered the pelting sounds of rain, a single shot rang out that seemed to have been beckoned from the heavens.

Returning from the assassination, Stamina stood before a few that had crossed their fingers and held their breaths awaiting his return. His clothes were soaked from the rain, yet as he stood before them all he almost seemed to be a new man as he still clutched his gun hard in his right hand.

He said not a word to any of us but nodded as a puddle of cold rain had pooled on the floor and trickled down the steps of the headquarters.

Seeing him there as he was, we knew Don Stamina had now stepped forward from any shadow and had become the newest Godfather to walk our streets.

Febrant closed his eyes as he took in a deep breath and looked over at Stamina.

Godfather Stamina, you have driven this city to new levels time and time again, you have held it close to your heart every moment since you have been in it. You have kept her safe when it seemed impossible, and you have held each person in the city close to you as a son or daughter.

I haven't had the pleasure to thank you enough for everything you do, but tonight a thank you along with a massive congratulations is in order. Through all the battles, the thick and the thin you have been the staple and backbone of New Orleans. Thank you!

To everyone I present you not just a friend or true leader...

Febrant paused a moment as he bowed his head to Stamina and then looked up once again.

But a GODFATHER.

Congratulations Godfather Stamina.

Great news. Well done Stamina. You have lead New Orleans from the front and have the respect of many round here. And as you step up to take your position as Godfather of New Orleans, it will create an opportunity for someone else to set up within your city. May the good luck continue to follow yourself around, and may good luck be passed on to whoever you may choose to lead.

With 2 empty cities, and Vegas a playground, it is good to see New Orleans moving forward and growing.
